They are advertising for fake phones through living social.

Bought a singing talking doll through Wowcher the thing arrived eventually nothing like the timing they said. It is just a soft toy so obviously doesn’t sing or talk. I will never but anything from Wowcher again they allow false advertising’

Oberobiz are misselling their phones which, despite Wowcher being aware of complaints, Wowcher continue to sell on their site. Oberobiz did not send me a refurbished S25 Ultra with 7.3inch screen as advertised, they sent me a new unbranded 6.5inch phone. They refuse to pay costs for sending the item back or the cost for postage to send to me despite the product not being as advertised. Just one item misrepresented is enough for the costs to be paid for by Oberobiz. It is also my opinion that I doubt I will receive a refund once they have the phone back.
Based on these reviews I am reporting the conterfeight goods, misselling fraud and their failure to meet their obligations on the Consumer Act. I urge anyone else to report them to.

I complained to this company because my package I ordered was late received a prompt response informing me my packaging was going to be delivered on Wednesday I actually got it on the Monday so overall very pleased with their service

One star is too many and I would advise no one touches this company with a barge pole and shame on Wowcher for still having them on their website. I bought a 3 -1 MagSafe charger from them and when it arrived and I tried it, it doesn’t work properly. My Apple Watch won’t stay connected to charge, my AirPod Prods go in and out of charging and when I put my IPhone 15 on to charge all 3 at the same time it causes my watch to completely shut down and a struggle to turn it back on again. Customer service, if you can call it that, requested videos of what was happening which I sent to them. They then stated the factory wanted me charge my watch flat rather than at the 90 degree angle, which is impossible with a loop strap without taking the strap off. They also asked me to confirm the make of watch, which is an Apple SE 2nd generation, to which they reply it isn’t suitable for that watch as their list only shows SE. Funny how the Apple charger is exactly the same for the 1st & 2nd generation versions! Just a poor attempt not to give a refund, and ignoring the fact that it doesn’t work properly on the AirPods either. This company should be taken off the Wowcher website straight away. It’s an absolute joke.

I bought a phone which was advertised as s25 ultra
The phone came later than told, then opened the packaging and says s24 ultra on box, that was the first problem. Second the phone when switched on was nothing like a s25 or s24 ultra and was extremely slow. I emailed obero and they told me i must pay for postage in which i disagree with as they sent the wrong item or falsely advertised as did wowcher,wowchers whatsapp customer service doesn't even read what you write and sends generic messages.
Please wowcher stop false advertising
And Obero stop scamming people

Item arrived a week late. I asked for postage to be reimbursed as I paid a third of the item price for that. Nightmare back and forth where they didn't seem to read my last messages, kept asking for a specific format of order confirmation I didn't have, asking for details I'd already sent, and saying they could only reimburse £1.29 after all that. I've given up and won't be buying from them again

As with many others on here, I was daft enough to purchase off them through wowcher and they are selling rubbish as top smartphones and naming them after top brands - this has to be illegal, it states you are getting them at about 70% off usual price but these are most def not worth even the 30% we are paying for them as new phones and they are sold as refurb. I stupidly bought for my mum and my older sons as they will be going off to college etc, so basically I just threw my money away.

Selling counterfeit goods and won’t refund. This is illegal. How are they not shut down. Bought through Wowcher and Wowcher won’t help.

I bought a S25 smart phone from Obero via Wowcher. What a load of Croc it turned out to be. Both Wowcher and Obero should be brought to book regarding selling these fake and usless items

Absolutely disgraceful.

Bought a Wowcher for a Labubu keyring and they posted me an empty box. Have been going back and forth with them and they want me to show them a sticker than either doesn’t exist or is underneath another one that will never be able to be removed.

They’re total scammers! I’ve paid £10 for an empty box and they are not one bit interested. Really angry. I do not know how Wowcher are still allowing this company to sell through them!

I’ve told them that I will contact the relevant authorities about them.

How this fraud is still doing the business?

Selling goods on Wowcher that are really poorly made. Not great when they are for kids. They look nothing like the pictures and the shipping details are not correct as they take nearly twice as long to arrive. Shame you can’t review the product on Wowcher so other people can see.

I had to give 1 but it should be zero ...bought a water fountain from this company dosent work they are finding any excuse not fo refund me ...Will never use again BEWARE !!!!!

After waiting two weeks for something to arrive they tell me they don't have the order! They have the money though. Bunch of sheisters..

If I could give this seller zero stars I would. How are you even allowed to sell counterfeit products on Wowcher? You are illegally using and misleading customers into thinking they are buying the real Sol Del Janeriro cream. You are not allowed to use photos of this brand and Wowcher should take off your adverts immediately. I’m currently battling to get a refund over this counterfeit item that I will not be returning back it can be binned.

Scam company. They are saying they can't find my order, I have sent them proof of purchase via wowcher and the redeemed update.
