Ordered the lilo and stitch stress toy off of Wowcher absolute con, it doesn’t work at all. Total waste of money I will never use Wowcher again

Ordered some toys through Wowcher for Christmas (also has crap customer service!). Quality was so bad and I refused to give to my children. Contacted Obero to ask about refund and no response. Went through Wowcher who also emailed them with no response. Wowcher then told me to send back to them at my cost for a refund. Dove that, confirmed by royal mail it was received and then had a wonderful back and fore with Alice. They have refused my refund as say they have been used (they haven't), then she also said that I didn't contact them within 28 days if delivery (which as you recall I did). Sent proof of the email they didn't respond to and still have responses back saying I didn't contact them. Now going through my bank to claim

Unable to give zero stars!
Purchased trainers, yeah cheap I know. Also know you get what you pay for, however at £21 thought might be passable.
Obero sent wrong size, I sent screen shots of my order and photos of the size on sole of trainers, a full size too big.
Had the misfortune to be communicating with Alice. Who continues to tell me that's the size of chinese conversion, even though I've screenshot Oberos size conversion which clearly shows they've sent wrong size. Alice chooses to ignore that Obero is at fault and tells me send them back at my cost and then I will have to pay to receive replacement! despite the fact its not my mistake. Alice advising me to send back (at my cost) to get a replacement proves Obero have sent wrong size but she, Alice refuses to acknowledge this!
Worst customer service I've experienced! Avoid Alice, avoid Obero!

Don't order anything from them! I ordered a diffuser and they sent a toy. I exchanged so many emails about this and the end result - zero consequences!!

Two orders that I paid extra shipping of £5.99 each to be delivered by 21 Feb. Didn't ship until 24th and then promised would be here by 26th. Obero international- through Wowcher / Wowcher give you a email address for Obero but emails bounce back.
I have lost every bit of trust in Wowcher. Obero has disgusting ratings and reviews - Wowcher should be removing them from their platform !! Please please read reviews before you purchase. Check which company coming from and then check the reviews. Wish I had have done this. Fortunately I paid with credit card and they're fighting on my behalf for a refund. The tracking numbers given do not go anywhere just to a broken link. Massive rip off. Spent nearly £50. Not a lot to some people but a lot for me! Just be careful - received an email from Wowcher that was rude and arrogant when I complained. Customer service is shot to pieces. Totally incompetent and unhelpful. Items still showing as delivery expected 21st - and today 26th! Disgusting and feel very let down as these were birthday gifts -
Obero have not met the deadline and I seriously believe the lamps have not been shipped. Considering the reviews I've read since I am lucky my credit card is fighting my corner to get my refunds

Arrived 6 days late and broke. So couldn't be used , I emailed and got the a response ,it wasn't broke /faulty as it could be fixed, I don't expect to buy something new and have to fix it before I use it , shocking customer service , be careful who you buy from when using Wowcher

I emailed this company as whne my product arrived it was bent and smashed to pieces, I actually hit myself opening the box and shards of glass were everywhere, luckily my son didn't open this one
When I emailed the company they said they wanted proof of the damage, I try to explain it's already sealed ready to send back for refund they say no you must send photos so we can inspect, huh, makes no sense just trying to stall so don't have to refund probably. They the expired my refund label and said no good trying to send with it now so send photos, I don't think they are English.
Really upset, what a waste of money

Ordered the copy lilo and stitch stress relieving toys off Wowcher. Arrived with missing battery covers and stuffing falling out. Very unsafe for kids. They wanted to just send replacement battery covers but I didn't feel safe giving those very cheap knock offs to kids. They were very rude in their correspondence and I had to get Wowcher involved. They should have offered a refund with postage paid but I had to get wowcher to cover. Then they were refusing to refund me after the products were returned because it was after the 30 days! (Due to the back and forth and also being closed for a couple of weeks). Stay away from this company and their cheap products which are not even worth the cost of materials. It really isn't a bargain if it's unsafe.

Ordered in December as a Christmas present never arrived we now in February an it's still not arrived

This company ships from China and you will recieve very shoddy items or nothing.
Have complained to Wowcher and they stated they will escalate it higher.
Even though there are 180 one star reviews.
This is false advertising by Wowcher and they should stop putting this company in their site and stating it has 4 and half reviews on Tryst pilot.
Please do not use Wowcher as you lose your money

Item received damaged, proof of this sent to them. Item sent back proof of this and that they had received it sent to them - Still no refund.
Going through card issuer now

If there was an option for 0 stars this is what I'd give bought item through Wowcher does nothing it suppose to do it's a toy not a sweeper .
Customer service is bismal I don't no how these companies get away with this MY TIP DO NOT BUY REPORT YOUR GOODS TO TRADING STANDARDS GET THESE REMOVED FROM UK SELLING MARKET .

I ordered in plenty of time to allow slow delivery for Xmas. it arrived end Nov which was fine but wasn’t opened until Xmas & actually after xnas before tried out. it never worked & still Only 30 days warranty so no come back. Waster of money plus disappointment. Wouldn recommend

I would give zero stars if I could. Purchased through Wowcher on 4 Dec with a delivery by 19 December. It is now 12 January and still has not arrived. If I had realised before buying that this was shipping from China I would not have purchased. Haven’t bothered to try and complain to wowcher as I’m sure they do not care. Will never purchase through this company or wowcher again.

If I could give zero stars I would. Please AVOID ordering from this company. I ordered a perfume set as a Christmas gift through Wowcher on 6 December. Estimated delivery date was 19 December. I received an email saying it had been dispatched on 12 December. What wasn’t clear on ordering is that this company ship from China. The package made it as far as clearing customs on 23 December but there have been no updates since. The phone number that is shown when you search for the company on the internet just cuts off straight away and I can find no email for customer services. This company are very dodgy and don’t expect any help from Wowcher either. They just advise you to contact the supplier!

One star for reasonable delivery time of 6 days. 0 stars for product. Wowcher order. Advertised as mineral mugs. What arrived were resin mugs with blue circles sprayed on them so not as Advertised. Today their Cs offered 10% compensation, what a joke so you sell an item not as advertised and offer me that. I've refused your offer let's see what occurs.
