The only complaint I have with your company would be that there was not enough explanation to be found on the website. I had questions about what I needed to send with the phone, what had to be done with the memory and memory cards, and just how to package in general.
I did finally find some answers in the FAQ section, but I didn't find the website that easy to navigate.
Otherwise, my experience was very good. There was an issue, which I resolved and advised you, and the transaction was completed.
I did recommend your service to others.

Robert, I'm sorry to hear this. Unfortunately, when a device is iCloud locked it is only good for parts. When the re-quote was sent out to you, we did give the option to have the device returned at no cost. We hope this does not deter you from giving us anther chance next time.
