Loyal customer for life!

I ordered multiple times from Occhialando and I can surely say that I won’t be stopping. I’m a sunglasses maniac, wearing sunglasses during the whole year. I always like to add a new pair to my collection. The prices are great (no unreasonable overpricing), also you can get a nice sale deals and personal promo codes. They have the best shipping fees and DHL are always on time, very fast! This company is an example of an excellent business practices! Love them!

Bought oakly glasses

Bought oakly glasses. Took 10 days for them to deliver 2 out of 3 pairs after I raised the issue with paypal. Two delivered pairs are bad quality. Lenses are poor quality since my eyes hurt after few minutes of using them. Seller does not provide clear return instructions. Double check this. No return policy.

ORDER 365982 --- Not shipped and radio silence

The glasses arrived today and everything is in working order.

My item still hasn't been shipped. The store was quick to give me a call, mark my order as confirmed and reply to my e-mails after I left my negative review here, yet I haven't gotten my eyeglasses yet. I e-mailed them again and they said they are "currently unable to confirm when the eyewear will be available again" (yet it was and is shown as being in stock on their website).

Their hilarious explanation is that other customers bought it at the same time I did, something they parrot to every client on every negative review.

I made an order on the occhialando.eu website on December 17th. I got the e-mail everyone here talks about of "the item being out of stock" and I chose to wait.

It's been a while now and customer support has never replied to any of my e-mails.

My order status is "pending processing" for more than two weeks now when you told me it would take 48 hours to process.

I want my item to be shipped and my e-mails to be answered, and then I will consider changing my rating of your store.

Be aware, return process violates Eurozone legislation

The company is not refunding the glasses they received 20 days ago, despite the 14-day period required by French law for refunds. The company has ignored my inquiries for the past seven days, and I have already filed a formal complaint with the consumer protection authorities.

Occialando product return process violates Eurozone legislation, as they require a registered letter to initiate the return process, despite European law explicitly states that electronic communication is sufficient.

In other words, first, the company is attempting to penalize customers financially for even attempting a return (cost of a letter is about 15 Euro), then not carrying it out, even though it has no right to do either of those things.

I have also attached this to my complaint to the French consumer protection authority.

The bank details (IBAN) required to process the refund were provided by the customer on 11 December 2025 in the late afternoon. Once the necessary information is received, refund requests are processed within 48 business hours, in accordance with our administrative procedures.

The refund was executed today, 16 December 2025, via instant bank transfer, using the details provided by the customer. Depending on the recipient bank, the credit may appear immediately or shortly thereafter.

Regarding the return procedure, we clarify that a registered letter is not mandatory, but represents only an indicative option for customers who wish to formalize their request by postal means.
In this case, the return was correctly initiated through completion of the return form and shipment of the product, which were duly received and processed.

We firmly reject the assertion that our company seeks to penalize customers for exercising their right of withdrawal. Our procedures are designed to ensure traceability and compliance with applicable European consumer regulations.

For any further clarification, we remain available through our official customer service channels
