I ordered rings and it was a whole process because I couldn't pay on the site, so they helped me out and we got it sorted. But after four weeks, I still hadn't heard anything about my package so I contacted them again and they never responded. Now I have the rings, I've only worn them for three days and they're already tarnished ...

Ordered chunky earrings in gold, I do like them so much, everyday get compliments, delivery wasn't very fast, but it was black Friday, emailed customer support, quick and friendly response.

Product not received, no contact. Dodgy website?
Purchased jewellery through their website which didn’t arrive. Unable to contact them by email as both email addresses on website bounce back as undeliverable. They do not respond to the website online chat. Tried contacting them on other platforms such as Shop and no response.
Can’t find any other information about them so suspect a fraudulent website/seller.
