OCM to the rescue

I needed to replace my ailing computer before it stopped booting completely. With advice from Paul at OCM, I was able to quickly identify a suitable replacement, at a very reasonable price. Which I ordered and received very quickly. Disaster averted. Thank you OCM!

The laptop was in better quality than I…

The laptop was in better quality than I was expecting for a B grade laptop and it was delivered promptly and when expected. I had some reservations about purchasing used originally but after a chat over the phone with an employee (Paul) I decided to purchase. He was very reassuring and walked me through the return policy should I need it.

Knocked down to four stars (would have been five) as I did initially query via email and did not recieve response.
