Octa fx is a scam I invested 10000 to get 20000 only for the staff to tell me I have to invest another 20000 to get 75000 I didn’t think much and dropped it he nah said I should drop another 20000 to get 150000 and I didn’t have it and he said if I can’t he can’t give me the money . What rubbish don’t use the app ooh they will scam you and deceive you

Friday 29th May i did a deposit, and it not reflected in my account. The worst part is their customer support is dead. They have only AI Bot( completely useless) and if you say "Talk to agent" bot will tell you no agent available now...send an email. If you send and email...again the same Bot will reply some bullshit back....So the bottom line Octabroker running without customer support. I am permanently moving to Pepperstone/IC Markets

Not up front about all the fees.
Well I did my investment and paid over 1800 in fees and then they want another 150. They never tell you what all the fees are for and then when you want to withdrawal they keep coming up with more fees. Then give me a dead line to pay the fee or they cancel my withdrawal. I find it to be a little frustrating. Will never do business here again. They cant seem to be honest about things.
