Not trustworthy

The comunication was horrible. They did not help at all when I had an issue with the order. They say you can cancel orders, but they wont answer in time for you to do so, and then just say that the item is shipped we can not help you. I tried to cancel days befor I got shipping confirmation.
Then they said, yes we can help, did nothing for weeks and then said they couldnt 'cus the package was in the country of origin. And after that just stopped replying all together when I wanted a refund and send it back.
