Dear Madam/Sir,

Today I received my new shoes, with the order code 285351787277. Attached I have added some pictures. One of the shoes is unfortunately not well manufactured. It seems that the upperpart is incorrectly placed on the sole and in addition, the shoe feels twisted when trying on. The differences between the two shoes are large.

How can we solve this situation properly because I do really this model. I would like to receive a proposal from you.

The shoes feel very nice, and the materials are of a good quality. They fit relatively well, however I think the design could be improved, i.e. the bottom of the sole is smooth, and it is not great for walking (very slippery...). Also, would be good to include some spare laces for the model "Sandales Zoé". I can already see they may break down easily.

Conforme à ma demande

I had ordered once during the summer 2020 and I received my order without any issues. However, I ordered 2 more times recently (at the end of 2020 and in January 2021) and my orders were never sent. Both times, I sent an email 2-3 weeks after the order asking for an update on the delivery and both times I was told that my parcel had not been sent and that the shoes ordered were not available anymore. I got a refund though but was left without shoes I needed for Xmas, gifts, etc. I am very disappointed - this does not seem like a reliable online shop to me so I won't order from Mr Moustache anymore.

Beautiful shoes with excellent quality and great comfort. Perfectly packed and shipped. It’s already my second pair of M. Moustache sneakers and won’t be my last. Thank you 😊 and keep going!

-Courier was flexible when date if delivered was changed.
-Package (outer and inner) was damaged but shoes were not.

I love both the design and the quality of M. Moustache shoes! The look is elegant, the shoes are comfortable and the quality of the shoes is superb. My partner and I both purchased two pairs each, we couldn't be happier with our selections. I've been looking for a pair of boots for winter that would keep me warm in my first winter in Europe and was happy to find Lucienne, a fur-lined leather boot that is both beautiful and functional. The customer service was also excellent. I'm happy to have found this superb brand and will be looking forward to purchasing more in the future!
