The staff are always very welcoming. the cinema is spotlessly clean with modern screens, and the seating is comfortable and spacious. The IMAX screen blew us away in how good it made the film.

Having preordered popcorn and someone at every step making sure we were looked after, it felt like concierge service. Amazing.

Really like the seats
Really like the seats - so much more comfortable for small people like me. Remembered after my previous visit to wear warmer clothes as it's quite cool. At no point was I tempted to take my jacket off. Person next to me had to put on an extra layer.

Easy booking and friendly greeting
Easy booking and friendly greeting when I arrived. I love family cinema trips, but I enjoy the Silver Screenings as everyone settles down to enjoy the film from start to finish.

Great seats
Great seats, great cinema, good drinks, but it lacks the seating and charm of the old Showcase downstairs. I know there's a greater element of unhoused people in Broadmead in general, but you really don't see this in Cabot, and it makes meeting and waiting a bit annoying
