Freezing cold for a premium price

It was so cold in the cinema that me and the person that went was unable to enjoy the film. Everyone was watching the film was cold. I don’t understand why you would have the air con on in the month of November.

Seat F7 table was broken leaning at an angle causing my food to fall on the floor and the recliner seat was not operating properly it got stuck in the lay back position would not expect this for the amount of money the ticket and food cost me ruined my experience

The seats we booked were broken and didn’t recline. Being front row it was hard to see the screen. No other seats to move to due to the movie being fully booked.

The cinema itself was lovely and clean and comfortable. It was just ruined by a group of people who were talking throughout, laughing and commenting on the film like it was Google box. It was a psychological thriller. It would be helpful to have ushers monitoring the behaviour of people in the cinema.

Clean cinema and facilities. Comfortable seats.

Paid extra for better seats only to be put in the old theatre where all the seats are not only exactly the same but several years old and look it . Genuinely a waste.

Both hand dryers in the gents still not working after a week or two

Had a grear time.

I had real difficulty trying to book tickets because every time I abandoned the website the seats I had initially booked were now showing as not available. Then I was trying to put a voucher code in and that was near nigh impossible. I had already purchased the vouchers but could not use for whatever reason and then had to buy tickets again.

The comfortable seats, great screen make for positive viewing experience.
The tiring of seating is inappropriate though. The upselling of more expensive seats at the back is plain wrong. Just have seats further back and charge a flat fee which is not exorbitant. People are buying the cheaper tickets then moving to seats at the back of the cinema to more expensive seats they did not pay for. This is unfair on customers who paid for the more expensive seats.

Why have that system, ? It never used to be like that!

Lovely helpful staff. Great seats
