I booked a 10am session. When I arrived it turned out they had moved it to 1030am which screwed up the rest of my day. I decided I needed to leave partway through the movie as I was going to be late for my following appointment. The Dolby Cinema was nothing special and much worse than other Dolby Cinemas I’ve been to. Generally it was rundown with the sense no one cares (escalator not working, soap dispensers broken).
Martha what a little star! Went above and beyond to cut my hotdog in half!!! She was so lovely and polite what a little credit she is to you all! Thankyou again darling! Will be back!
