Terminals for ordering food didn't work properly, were dirty and quite frankly, overcomplicates a simple process. Food served was cold after being left on the side for too long

The cinema was nice
The cinema was nice, seats comfortable. The biggest issue for me, was trying to buy a drink, my order was taken.. I was given a number to go to the collect area, I waited for 8 minutes to be presented with an empty cup.. then to move to a machine to fill my own coke!! an absolute joke for 5.99!!! Even worse they were out of my choice… Something I won’t repeat again !!

Film was not shown.
Booked the film Digger for 12.10. By 12.30 the show had not started. A manager then announced that the showing was cancelled. We were booked onto the 15.10 showing instead. Better communication would have been desirable.
