Helpful and friendly staff made life easier for wheelchair users like me by opening doors, pointing out toilets for the disabled, etc. I felt like a valued customer rather than being treated as a nu... See more

Great comfort, view, sound and movie marginally spoiled by the x3 people sat next to us who were sometimes chatting and using their mobile phone.
Comfy seats, nice temperature and clean building. The volume was deafening, but the kids still loved it.

Vaping and talking in movie
In our movie, three lads were vaping, talking and causing a real disruption through the movie. They weren’t quieter for longer than five seconds the whole time, they had each other in headlocks and were chucking popcorn all over the theatre. The movie was rated a 15 and I know for a fact none of them were 15. I would’ve expected the staff to be regularly checking the cameras, which I can imagine is probably in one of their job descriptions. It isn’t my job to leave the movie Theatre and have to tell a member of staff as they should know. I’m extremely disappointed as I have nothing but good things to say about Odeon and neither am I the type of person to leave review this has to be done.

Could do better
I like the comfortable seats and the toilet facilities are much better than when it was Cineworld.
I'm less happy about the price of the popcorn - and the fact I didn't actually get what I ordered!
