What a new look!!
Been a little while since we went to odeon Norwich… to our surprise, refurbished, modern with incredible space, options and a great look.
We ordered our food with great new options and felt luxurious! Dr Pepper on tap and button toppers on popcorn! Plant based hotdogs and a beautiful little bar…
Moving onto the screen, recliner seats and very clean space with upgraded sound and highest quality viewing screen.
Amazing experience, will be back!
Thank you.

Great cinema
Great cinema, seating very comfortable and the atmosphere great. Pity there was such a large space for people to get through without checking tickets as the guy about to check ours had to yell to ask others if they had tickets. Toilet seats in bathroom looked a tad ropey.

All good except for the online booking which I found awful.
Easy free parking and access to the cinema. Convenient cafe and shop purchase on location. Plenty of toilets. Comfy seating.
What could be better: the online booking!! It took more than 30 mins with two password resets before it would let me ‘in’ - an absolute pain!! Please sort it out!

An option to reschedule a booking?
Low score only as, due to late commitments, I was unable to attend. It would have been good if there was a way to rebook for a different date. I was really looking forward to seeing Social Reckoning.

People were talking in the cinema
People were talking in the cinema. I went and spoke to a member of staff and they said they came in. But they continued to talk and nothing was done.
As well as this the person behind the counter was extremely rude when ordering a drink.
I am disappointed to pay nearly £33 and receive this experience.
