Excellent facility and staff
The staff at the Odeon have always been wonderful, make you feel extremely welcome and I enjoy my visits. The cinema itself is extremely clean and comfort is amazing. Would definitely recommend the Sheffield Odeon. Went to see Michael (the Michael Jackson story) this was one of the best films I have seen in a long time.

Odeon staff support
I had planned to go to the cinema with a friend but due to sickness they couldn't attend. I tried to change the date of the booking to a different day as I didn't want to lose the Saver ticket that I had used for them but I couldn't make any adjustments online. I decided to go to the cinema as planned and a member of staff was able to make the changes for me, which was great news. I decided to stay and watch another film that I wanted to see. The seats are very comfortable and great for long films.
I would like to see a change whereby members can manage their bookings, particularly as the Saver ticket would have been wasted.

Lovely staff
Lovely, friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and nice environment. Loos also well kept. The premium seats are great, but I think I have chosen one of the favourite ones. Seat had fair amount of wear and tear, as well as the table. Perhaps something that can be updated due to being premium seat at premium price?
