Really disappointing experience We visited the cinema as a family and had already ordered our food online. We were planning to enjoy our food during the interval, but when we went to the counter, we were told that it was closed. We were really disappointed, as we had spent money and were looking forward to enjoying some food together as a family.
If the food counters are going to close before the interval, customers should be clearly informed in advance. Taking online food orders without making it clear when the food can be collected is very frustrating. Not only us many people were standing in front of the counter asking for food during the interval This really spoiled our experience. Please improve your communication and customer service.

Easy parking and extremely good value at silver screen . However I booked online and was charged £2 this week when the previous weeks I had paid £1.80 WHY?

Lovely Customer service
2 young lads /staff helped me (& my friend) greatly with showing me how to book online. I’d already started to do it, but then thought I was doing something wrong so I didn’t finish it off. And he helped me tremendously. He was very courteous and polite and also helped us too our seats as we have drinks in our hands.

First showing of the day and the seats were still disgusting. We had to find alternative seats because the seats we had allocated were full of chocolate.

The seats and the quality of the cinema were disgusting! Food in the cup holders and all over the seats, they have not been cleaned at all. There were white stains all over the seats, I don’t even want to know what that was- very poor quality
