Everything was great! We rented a car for 6 days and the whole process was very fast and easy, with no hassle at all. At the end, they drove us to the airport, which was very convenient. Highly recommended!

Best car rental service

The driver was waiting for us right outside the exit, the company’s office is just around the corner, and after showing our documents we got a car that was already warmed up and ready to go. Everything was sorted in less than 15 minutes from leaving the airport. The car was new and in perfect condition. Returning it was just as easy — no issues at all, and within 5 minutes we were back at the airport.

Everything was paid upfront by card, with no tricks, no pressure to buy extra insurance like you often get with companies based directly at the airport. From now on, I’ll be using Odkryj Auto exclusively.

Exactly when I arrived airport after collecting my luggage I send a message to the car rental company and in few minutes they collected me from airport and took me to the rental company car collection area were there I found a very nice staff that gave me the car and from there my journey began.

The car was very clean and very comfortable.

Exactly after returning the car they took me back to airport which in my opinion made my holiday more smooth and comfortable.

I highly reccomend using this car rental company since the price is very affordable and the service is of very high standard.

Even the fleet thay have is of very modern cars with a good and nice cars available.

But finally it is well mainteined

Used a few times in a previous years, this time we had a 41000k Toyota with constant message saying oil needs changing, pretty distracting and worrying.

Best car rental company in Poland! Friendly crew at the Lodz airport. Especially if you compare this guys with the immigration or ryanair folks at Lodz airport.

If you want to have piece of mind and hassle free visit in Poland, there is no brainer, these crew is the best!

A bit more pricey than the cheap ones, but you pay for the value and the piece of mind.

They keeping your card details as long as they want!
We were in Spain during Xmas 2024. Had a car for 2 weeks. Dropped the car back 4th January.
Received email from Odkryj Auto 8th September 2025 that we have a fine to pay from 4/01/2025 while driving back to car rental .
Seriously????? Over 8 months later?????
Haven’t sent us fine ticket/letter
Just a letter from spanish debt company that they still haven’t received €100 that was due 11/06/2025 so now €120 to pay!!! If we knew and payed within 20 days it would be €50!
They’ve also emailed us two prints of their terminals that they have charged our card €30 because they had to ask on behalf of us and €120 for ticket!!!!
And pointed clearly that they haven’t got any other documents for it!!
Of course you don’t!! As you haven’t informed us earlier!!!
I’ve ask for proof of payment that they've actually payed on behalf of us…..They’ve sent” RECEIPT ” that doesn’t even have reference number or anything that it was ours!!!

The car I received was dirty, smelly, and had holes burned in the seats. I was in a rush when picking it up, so I didn’t complain at the time. Upon return, I was unfairly issued a penalty for “smoking in the car,” which I absolutely did not do. The staff were extremely pushy and I had no time to dispute the accusation as I was rushing to the airport. Terrible experience — never again!

I had a great experience! They offered the best insurance prices, and my car was upgraded. I was picked up and dropped off at the airport within minutes, and it only took a few minutes to complete all the necessary paperwork to collect the car.

I reserved the vehicle in Krakow, I had a dropped off to my hotel the next morning.
Very easy to communicate with.
Straightforward no hidden fees.
I would suggest getting the additional insurance on the vehicle that way you do not get charged a deposit.
The prices were more than fair.
I also wanted a hybrid automatic transmission car which they had plenty of.

The best car rental. Used it many times in Poland as well as in Malaga, Spain. Highly recommend!

Terrible service, you can easily find a cheaper and better offer. I do not recommend this rental company, they keep payment card details for over a year and charge fees after 6 months later
