Horrible quality control, poor product, and extremely bad customer service.

This company sent a defective product, which was unlabeled (just a sticker with the logo and nothing about ingredients) and had no directions for use. The product was ineffective. Horrible quality control, poor product, and extremely bad customer service.

Update: company requested me to send back the unused product. After I sent it back, they are refusing to provide a refund. Total fraud from these people!
