Bought a Sandbanks Jacket online which I thank them for but on collection the bag was ripped and not well presented

Didn't want to give any stars!! Avoid Avoid Avoid!!! Purchased a necklace for £146.....never arrived contacted the company to be told it had been lost at the delivery company, was told it was under investigation, this was 4 months ago! Everytime i contact them i get fobbed off with its still under investigation! Absolutely shocking company!!

My favourite choice of online designer retailer. Placed an order on the 17/09/2022 for my upcoming vacation. Needed it by the 21/09/2022 and yet again they delivered on time. I only wish they lived nearer me as I would like to shop the experience in their store. Thank you Jordan.

Ordered an item paid for next day delivery, the item never arrived. Complained and was told I had placed the order after their next day delivery cut off time!! They still took the payment. Look on the website today and its free next day delivery!!
The parcel never arrived it was left at a local post office. Would never order from them again!!

Never received parcel not been refunded manager is a complete waste of time AVOID

BUYER BEWARE OF THIS STORE.
My son Bought a Hugo boss t'shirt yesterday, didn't fit brought it back today unopened. Informed that I could not have a cash refund, I would have to have a store credit or pick something else. Problem is my son did not want anything else, but was forced to buy something for £189.00 but the same product was £130.00 in liverpool town centre. But this is the only thing he could get. Prices are way over priced sometimes by 25% or more. Then there is the rudness if the staff. Very obnoxious and arrogant. Started being very rude and loud with my son, but soon shut up when my son gave them the same treatment back. Never again as cannot be doing with condescending people who think their better than you because they work in a designer cloths shop.

Absolute waste of time!! Du yes t receive my order didn’t receive an email why ?? Just refunded my item!! Disgusting customer service. Ordered this for my daughters birthday what a joke company!! Not even an email to apologise. Order from the big retailers they always deliver your items.

I am so disappointed in them as I genuinely have been shopping here for my daughters clothing. I missed a delivery at my home address, I then had to collect from a post office to then open my page with only 2 out of the 3 items in the package! I brought this to there attention as soon As I had opened the package! Sent them photos, receipt that was inside the package. They have tampered with my package !! They have Failed to investigate this, failed to resend me what I have paid for, failed to issue a refund!
Completely disregarded my order and still have my money !!
I wouldn’t advice anybody to spend a lot of money with them as you might not get what you’ve paid for, from this experience they can not be trusted!

Purchased a couple of items from ODs last week and was made up with the service from the staff and the quality of the clothes.

Definitely shopping here again!

Order for the first time and it has been one of the best company’s I have ordered from. Exceptional customer service and high quality items received. Will be using this site regularly now.

I only come across this site about a month a go and my third order has just arrived, all arrived within 3 days sale prices are amazing two Dsquared caps for £120 kids Dsquared t shirt and Neil Barrett shorts £45 and my last order moschino Milano t shirt and Dsquared t shirt for £125, cannot find any of these items anywhere else which are even close to being as cheap, suprised at the negative reviews I can’t fault the place so far definitely got a new customer here.

I ordered a pair of balmain shorts, I called to ask why I hadn’t received a dispatch email with my tracking number yet, as it had been 3 days and the website says items dispatched next day, the customer service advisor explained to me that I had been issued a refund, I wasn’t aware of this as the refund hasn’t shown on my online banking as of yet, but they didn’t even bother to send out a email to let me know my item wasn’t in stock and had been cancelled, she also told me that over 200 people had been also refunded for out of stock items this week, very bad customer service.

6 days after placing an order with next day delivery (which was confirmed via email at the time of purchase), I was called and told that the item is out of stock.

It was a birthday present which didn’t arrive on time, which lead to embarrassment on the day.

Terrible.

First of all Klarna didn’t work

Secondly there phone doesn’t work, give it a try call them and see if they respond.

Thirdly, i ordered an item with next day delivery and it’s been 3 days and it’s not even dispatched yet and it seems like i am not going to recieve it. I have filed a claim with Paypal to get my money back. No way to contact them as they don’t even respond on their messenger.

I will be posting this everywhere. Terrible Service

Do not purchase from this company, placed an order last week and paid for next day delivery. Get an email with a tracking number from Parcel Force but to this day Parcel Force say they haven’t received the package....they don’t answer their phone and i’ve sent four emails all of which have been ignored! Awful customer service
