Had a fireplace fitted from OER. From walking into the showroom I knew what I wanted. The girl (think she was name Julie) in the showroom was excellent knew all about the fire, fitting, anything I needed to know with no hesitation. They came out to measure and provided great advice. I cannot praise the fitters enough they were two lovely people I would not hesitate to have in my home. The fire is the best and only one I’ve come across that looks like and acts like a real fire. The fitting of the media wall was fitted with no mess and to an excellent standard. Thank you so much its changed our apartment into our home. Deb & Steve

After researching local log burner installers we settled with OER due the outstanding service and advice we received from the moment we stepped into the showroom to after the install was complete. They have high quality products and offer a reliable service of high standards. Thanks to ALL the staff and the guys who came out and transformed our room. We are thrilled with the results!
