Generally quick. However verification is a pain as the transaction is delayed & everything is either AI or via raising a ticket which lengthens the process further. An option to verify when signing up would have solved this issue but nope, they weren't having it were they?
Updated review:
After ding donging around, I was given a link where I can upload ID & selfie. After several attempts, where the selfie function was pretty bad, finally submitted. And now they want a brief verification call which they claimed to have made but cannot connect. More than 7 hrs has passed since my transaction been on hold pending verification. Imagine if it were urgent.
So the circus continues. Caveat emptor!

I purchased a Nexon Game Card on 06/19, but the code didn't work. After making me wait 4 days, OffGamers support simply claimed I was "redeeming it in the wrong place."
However, I contacted Nexon official support, and they confirmed that the PIN was already redeemed on 06/18—the day BEFORE I even bought it!
OffGamers sold me a used code and failed to investigate the issue properly. Nexon explicitly stated that OffGamers needs to provide a refund or a replacement.
Now I guess I have to wait another 4 days to get the reply? HAHA shit company
REAL SCAM COMPANY, DONT BUY ANY SHIT FROM THEM.

I got refunded by store credits today (6/29)
I used it to purchase a new card and it works now.
But the appeal process was extremely uncomfortable.
It felt like they were telling you, "Just give up on the appeal"
You'll receive nearly 10 emails during the process, and each one was not treated seriously.
You'll receive at least 5 canned response before they finally start investigating, instead of proactively addressing the issue from the beginning.
