Amazing fruit and service!

We've been receiving deliveries of both fruit and milk from Office Groceries for a couple of months now, and we are so happy with the service! The produce is fresh and the account was so easy to set up. The team are incredibly friendly too! Highly recommend!

Highly recommended

We’ve just revised our first delivery from office groceries and we are really impressed. The quality of the produce delivered was excellent and it was delivered exactly when they said it would be. All in all an excellent experience. Highly recommend.

Poor Customer Service and Basic boxes

24 hours late delivery without tracking updates, blamed on the courier DPD. Deliveries received later than requested and to the wrong address despite giving them the What3Words location. Boxes received were missing the full order and selection of fruits poor. When raising a complaint with the company all they replied with was "There are over 6000 boxes we send out weekly and sometimes there can be some miss packed or incorrect labels on certain boxes – and it seems the mix of this error and the delivery issues gave you a not great experience, so for this I can only apologise. Thank you for the feedback, I will raise this in our weekly meeting with the team." At no point was a part refund or discount on the next box offered to keep our custom.
Our company decided to cancel our account and got with EAT FRUIT who from the beginning offered us a 50% off our first 2 weeks boxes and their customer service has been second to none.
