Ordering was easy after I found the spec of the files I needed. Very fast delivery - way ahead of what I was expecting.

Please help. I have repeatedly rung your office , to chase up my goods and you have not had the common decency to reply, poor service. P.Barrett (SHEFFIELD).

The service from office 365 is great in terms of price and delivery, however time and time again my parcels arrive open due to completely inadequate sealing of boxes. Just a couple more strips of packing tape and all would be fine, why is that so hard to sort out?

14 for 10 offer had ended but Office 365 still sent me the extra 4 r-kive boxes. Many thanks.

Whilst I'm sure the good left Office 365 intact, and the packaging itself was not damaged, the contents had clearly been thrown around in transit and almost all the individual packaging was damaged. Almost all the goods were usable (though a bit tatty). However, I contacted Office 365 direct and they were very apologetic and offered me 10% off my next order.

I wouldn't use anyone else!

Never had any issues with Office365 - delivery is always fast, and they stock some items that I just cant get elsewhere,.

On time; well packaged for safe delivery; good products

For the first time we experienced a shortage in our order, even though the order note said that the order was complete. On calling the customer service number where a message was left, a very helpful lady return our call and once we had explained the problem organised the missing items to be sent out the next day. No hassle, polite and very efficient in correcting the mistake, though would have been 5* service if the mistake hadn't happened in the first place!

I placed the order and it arrived first thing the next day. The goods are of a high standard, the website easy to order from, the delivery was superbly efficient. They are a shining example of how online retailers should do business. i would recommend to all.

Office 365 customer service was straight onto my enquiry regarding missing items in my delivery. The query was handled very quickly, and the items were resent straight away, no problems. Wish all customer services were this good. I have been purchasing office/canteen supplies from them for a couple of years and would recomend them.

I found what I wanted fairly easily (range is enormous) and it was delivered next day!.

YOU HAVE ITEMS OTHERS DO NOT. MAYBE NOT THE CHEAPEST ALL THE TIME BUT DEPENDING ON THE CARRIER USED ITEMS 99% OF THE TIME ARRIVE THE NEXT DAY. i AM QUITE OLD NOW AND THERE IS NOWHERE WITHIN EASY REACH SELLING DECENT ITEMS, NOT EVEN DECENT ENVELOPES. MY MOVEMENTS ARE RESTRICTED THUS HAVING IT DELIVERED SPEEDILY TO THE DOOR IS A GREAT BLESSING. WELL DONE!
