I ordered Swarfega HeaA Monster who looks after their customers
I ordered Swarfega Heavy Duty Hand Cleaner from Office Monster. Product descriptions was clear and informative and I was very pleased with the price with postage.
The courier was DPD, a very reliable one in my experience. So, when there was no sign of my delivery (next working day shipping) I got in contact and was blown away by the customer service provided. Not only did they explain why there was a delay - no one was in to receive it - they got back to notify me what day and time my delivery slot would be on the day it was happening. They also emailed to let me know it had been delivered and to ask it the item was intact and everything was ok.
The product was placed in a plastic bag incase of breakage and leakage which was then put in a cardboard box with packing paper and 'CAUTION tape to seal.
I'm impressed and will definitely be ordering from here again.

I changed the size of the desk I ordered, it was quickly changed in the system and the desk sent out the same day for delivery the following day. Very impressed with how it has been handled and even the follow up with tracking information and making sure I received the goods ok.

nice desks but issues
Very nice selection of desk, easy to order, delivery company contacted and arranges all good. delivered timely and no damage. But.... one of the corner legs had the holes drilled in the wrong place, it was drilled unside down. so none of the holes lined up. I had to drill the holes myself, luck i got a bench drill. and when reported they didnt see that bothered, other than we will report to our supplier. No offer of a partial refund or anything.

Can't fault the customer service
phoned up about part of my delivery that had damage on it when it arrived. Spoke to Laura who was very professional and apologetic and dealt with the issue promptly, sorting out an exchange unit amazingly quickly. I can only praise the customer service I received in this situation. Thanks.

Missing Chair but Quick and Efficient Customer Service
We ordered a lot of chairs for the office and unfortunately, only 4 out of the 5 arrived. However, when I emailed Office Monster, I received a reply from Laura in less than 24 hours and not only that, but I was met with an amazing initiative to have the 5th chair located and delivered.
Laura didn't ask many questions but immediately, I was advised on the plan of action they are taking to have this delivered asap.
The chair was then delivered 3 days following my email to advise on it being missing!
Amazing customer service and will definitely recommend this company to people.
