Service is crap. Ordered something worth $544 on 12th Sept, it's now 24th Oct and still nothing. I'll never order something from them again and will be demanding a refund if my order isn't sent by the end of this month. Don't sell something you can't produce

Team Global Express (TOLL) lost my parcel and were terrible to deal with but Petula couldn’t be more helpful. Eventually my parcel was found, after being told they had exhausted their efforts to search. Petula guided me through reuniting me with my parcel and was reliable, caring and very helpful.
However, if Official Memorabilia continue to use this courier, Im unlikely to buy anything again. Please start using Australia post.

Terrible communication
Was told an item I won that I no longer wanted they weren’t going to send and we’re going to give it to the next person. Instead it rocked up and I was then told I wouldn’t get a refund. Then I was told I could return the item and that they were contacting the next person to give it to them. Then got much around for months. Then got told they were sending someone to pick it up after I offered to take it to post office to send back. Then a week later got told nope they don’t want it anymore I have to have it.

Good product small hiccup
Product matched description and good communication throughout process. Display box was poorly finished on one back edge so had to return for repairs/correction. The return was done at seller's expense.
