Officiel du déménagement - refundable deposit retained
Right after having paid the deposit, we had no answers to any of our logistics / organization questions. We have canceled the moving within the the cancellation period.
Since then, no answer from anyone on our request for the refund of the deposit. It looks everything is done to make it difficult before a legal litigation is filed.
