Be careful with Offspring. I bought a pair of Nikes on Feb 28th size 7, and one on March 5th size 6.5 because they were out of 7. They are holding my money and they have only responded to one email in 7 days and only in three words, the first of which is "sorry" and two more 3 words but they won't give you any more details about the refund or what the problem is. They say they are from the government and they are getting hundreds of thousands of emails.I also have some screenshots of how I sent the email and how I have money pending but I can't attach it.

What’s the point in having midnight drops if all the stock are reserved anyways??????

I bought two pairs of shoes on a Thursday evening, paid for them, then saw the reviews for the site! Luckily I paid with my credit card, but the following day I got a notification to say they had been dispatched, and Saturday morning they arrived, absolutely spot on can't fault it what so ever .
I was really concerned about buying trainers from offspring.co.uk after reading so many bad reviews. However, the price was so good that I decided to give it a try.
I bought the Satisfy The Rocker trail running shoes. The Rockers are among the most expensive trail running shoes on the market, retailing at £240 in the Satisfy shop. There are some significant discounts available from third-party retailers, with some selling them for £120. Offspring was selling the colourway I wanted for £70 — and luckily, they had my size.
I bought them at 9:30am on 26 February with next-day delivery (£5.99), and the shoes arrived on 27 February at 8:54am!
I’m sorry that so many people seem to have had bad experiences, but I can only say positive things about Offspring — the site was easy to navigate, I found exactly what I wanted at a 70% discount, and they were delivered to my door in less than 24 hours. Thank you!
Ordered a pair of £200 trainers. Courier delivered them to a house number that does not exist on my road. I have only 3 houses on my road and the trainers were delivered to house number 5.
Offspring have a legal obligation under the consumer law that goods must be in my possession to consider the order fulfilled. Multiple emails back from offspring stating they're happy someone's received them but can't help any more.

I wish I realised how lowly rated offspring had become. I'd given them another chance despite an extremely poor experience previously.
Placed an order that was accepted and then cancelled six days later with no warning. Apparently their website “cannot keep up” with stock levels, which is a remarkable admission for a retail business in 2026. Customers are expected to wait nearly a week only to be told the item was never actually available. No proactive communication, no accountability, just a stock excuse and a survey link. Poor systems and even poorer service.
You only have to look at the CS responses to low rating reviews here to see what's up. Avoid them, avoid office, avoid the entire company group.

At the order point and on my invoice, both stated that my order would be double boxed. My order was simply put into a postage bag, not double boxed so box was damaged. Couldn’t care less when emailing. Very poor customer service.

Dear Offspring Customer Service,
I hope you are well.
I am contacting you regarding an issue with a pair of Converse shoes purchased from your website.
**Order Number:** W7319153
**Order Date:** 16/03/2025
**Product:** Converse Chuck 70 Sketch Hi – Blue/White/Black
**Size:** 9.5
Unfortunately, both shoes have developed a serious defect. The soles have separated from the uppers at the front (toe area), making the shoes completely unusable. This occurred despite very limited wear — I used the shoes for approximately one month only.
Given the minimal usage and the nature of the damage affecting both shoes, I believe this may be a manufacturing defect rather than normal wear and tear.
For your reference, I have attached:
• Photos clearly showing the defect
• A copy of my invoice / order confirmation
I would greatly appreciate it if you could review this matter and advise on a replacement or suitable resolution.
Thank you very much for your time and assistance. I look forward to your response.
Kind regards,

I went to the shop in Camden. Not online order. I was served Lala, Kiara and Izah. Quiet afternoon. They were fun kids and worked hard to help me find what I wantedm, and at the price range I wanted. We laughed.. it made the shopping fun.
Absolutely shocking. Not received item, customer service takes days to reply. Wont reply to my requests to send another item. £130 out of pocket.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Having to open a chargeback with my bank.

Ordered a pair of trainers, money debited from account and then no communication for 5 days until I chased. Told me an order doesn’t mean item is in stock and refunded me. Don’t understand why they take orders not knowing stock levels, it looks to be office shoes so a large company you’d expect to have systems clever enough to take orders based on stock levels.
Wouldn’t recommend buying from them as even if you order you aren’t certain item is in stock/will be delivered.

First time ordering from Offspring and won't be using again. Website is a total disaster and after managing to convince it I am not a 'bot' I ordered a pair of trainers and paid extra for next day delivery. Shoes eventually arrived 6 days later and damaged. Once i notified them of this I received cheeky responses saying "sorry about that" and there is nothing we can do about it. The worst customer service i have ever received.

Made an order on 29 Jan 2026. Item was in stock when I ordered it - email a few days later to state they’ve cancelled my order but no explanation.
Shoddy company - don’t sell items you don’t have

App is a disaster their online system is a disaster, wouldn’t buy a pair of trainers socks of this mob. Total bombscare of a company unlike Footpatrol who I would 100% recommend to anyone. Wish I’d read the reviews before trying to do business with cowboys.

Requested a refund on 2 click/collect orders that I wouldn’t be able to collect. I received an email reply 19th January 26 from customer service that the orders had been cancelled and that I would receive refund within 3 to 5 days. It is now 8 days later and still no refunds processed. Further emails sent which are ignored. There’s no telephone number listed on the website to contact customer service direct, and the store that I arranged to collect the orders from has a London number listed and I live In West Yorkshire. When I called the London number in order to get the stores direct telephone number, and spoke to a person I was told to Google the number. I explained I had and this is the number listed they hung up. I called again, spoke to same person and was told the same and then hung up again. The person was very brusque and obviously didn’t realise that their role was help customers and not deter them from calling again. All in all Customer Service is appalling. It’s about time retail companies had to follow a set complaints procedure with the option to go to The Ombudsman. Unfortunately if the refunds are not processed then the only option is for me to open a charge back with my bank.
Refunds eventually received but only when collection of the items had timed out. No-one ever responded to my complaints or initiated the refunds prior to the refunds being issued due to non collection of orders.

Bought a pair of shoes from the Bristol store. Unfortunately I had to return them to exchange for a different style/size. I don’t live near any OFFSPRING stores (only an OFFICE) one. I emailed customer services about this and not 1, but 2 people told me I could return to an OFFICE store.
I made the trip to OFFICE, only to be turned away, after staff spoke with customer services on the phone who stated they cannot accept this return.
After again raising this with customer services I was told AGAIN that I can return it to an OFFICE store. After back and forth, another customer services rep said that I cannot return it.
Awful service, conflicting messages from their staff, treated the customer terribly. I definitely won’t be buying from OFFSPRING again and would recommend everyone to just get your shoes from a more reputable and reliable retailer.
If I could them 0 I genuinely would.

I’m extremely disappointed with Offspring’s customer service. I spent a lot of money on a pair of shoes, and my parcel has gone missing. It’s now been over two weeks and I still haven’t received anything.
I’ve tried contacting them multiple times via email and across every social media platform they’re on, and I’ve had absolutely no response. No update, no explanation, nothing.
When you’re spending a significant amount of money, you expect at least basic communication. At this point, the lack of response is unacceptable and very frustrating. I would not recommend ordering until they improve how they handle missing parcels and customer support.

No wonder Offspring’s Trustpilot score is so low.
If everyone else’s experience is anywhere near as bad as mine, it’s only going to get worse.
Customer service, if you can even call it that, is basically non-existent. It takes 4/5 days for them to reply to emails, there is no phone number to call, and you’re left completely in the dark.
Instead of helping, they just push their internal “policy”, even when it goes against UK consumer law. They simply don’t care.
Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. They’re happy to take your money but show zero respect for their customers once something goes wrong.
