Ogle Properties Review (Stuart N.)

Cheryl, Tammie, and staff have been a pleasure to deal with since the start.

Every request and/or transaction has been handled seamlessly and Cheryl's team has been one of the most professional/knowledgeable property management companies I have partnered up with since being in the Austin area.

My team and I highly recommend Ogle Properties

Cheryl Ogle is extremely rude and difficult to deal with

Cheryl Ogle is the woman that runs Ogle-Properties it appears. It is clear she has little to no business experience based on how poorly she runs her properties. Her properties are nice office buildings, but not compatible in today's environment. They do not support active lifestyles by providing showers, etc. in these large office buildings because the buildings are fairly old. The leases are extremely restrictive and disappointing. She will also show up unannounced and want to tour your property without the mandatory 24hrs notice. No vending machines on site, and bathrooms are not well taken care of.
