I received another customer’s order and she received mine. The company notified each of us; however, getting the mailing labels for return/ exchange took far too long. The sales team was very responsive but I still have not received my order.

There are non black African entrepreneurs who are selling African Prints which feels very exploitive. So I am happy to support a Black African woman. This is my third purchase. Quality is Excellent. Overall, everything went really smooth. Product arrived by DHL in mailbox. I did not receive a shipping confirmation which was confusing. But I emailed support and they were very helpful. The only feedback I have is — your competitors, ship a bit faster and send more prompt email updates. Blessings. — JA
