Initial installation couldn’t be completed due to missing part, I think they should just book the job in when they have all the parts. I had two rescheduled appointments made before job was finally completed. Felt it was a bit disorganised and took longer than expected.

If your looking for a professional service with no issues highly recommend this company. Engineer who did the installation nice and friendly. Once done downloaded the app and explained everything out so great. Honestly I couldn’t find a fault even if I tried to find one. Top class service.

stressy and messy communication
So eventually I get the EV charger, but honestly my journey to that point has been a real headache and a nightmare to schedule my Ohme install with ProEV. I waited so so long for the survey on line questions I did ..., then for this to be picked up.. I almost lost the VW offer as my car had to be collected by end of September. So I had to collect my car WITHOUT a home charger... talk about Charge Anxiety even before I had the car. I collected the car on the friday after being offered THE friday installation 3 times and still telling them that is the day I collect the car and no-one would be home... Then the installation was cancelled on the Monday, rearranged for the Wednesday and then the installers didnt ring the doorbell or communicate with me; they then returned on the Thursday !!! Yikes what a customer journey... I now have the charger and it is great so far.. only been able to do one charge though as now fighting with British Gas as their smart meter isnt communicating. My advice would be to get all this done before getting your EV car as the installation is ANYTHING BUT SIMPLE and very stressful.
