Lovely scents ♡ very happy with my order ♡

I ordered 8 vials in Dec 2025. When I received them, their lids were open and most of perfume was lost. I e-mailed them to inform. They should have admitted their mistake and send me a fresh package, instead they started giving their silly justifications.
I am terribly disappointed at their customer service. Poor show

I honestly cannot recommend this company enough! From start to finish, everything has been perfect. The packaging was absolutely lovely – you can tell so much care and attention goes into every single order. The scents are absolutely outstanding, so long-lasting and beautifully made.

I’ve tried so many of their products already – the wax melts (my favourite!), room sprays, hoover discs, mop, sink & toilet dust, body sprays, and body butter – every single one has been fantastic. Delivery is always super quick and reliable, and the company themselves are a pleasure to deal with, so friendly and helpful.

Next on my list is to try their perfumes and aftershaves, because if they’re anything like the rest of the range, I just know they’ll be amazing. Truly outstanding products and a brilliant business – I won’t go anywhere else now!

These are by far the best wax melts I have ever had and I have tried so many! I'm very particular in the scents I have burning as I like everything to smell the same as my laundry detergents! Absolutely perfect match. I have only used one square from my snap bar and used 5 tealights and it's still smelling so strong. Never going anywhere else for my waxmelts. The packaging was beautiful and the service is 1st class.
