ordered $63.58 USD of clothing on 10/07/2025. My was charged for that on 10/08/2025. it is now 2/12/2026. They have never sent me anything. They won't reply to emails or any form of contact. the phone number listed here is out of service. They have not refunded me. At this point it is straight up theft

Item never shipped and company never responded to email.

My items were never even shipped and I’ve not heard anything from this company after contacting them 3 separate times.

They ripped me off. The underwear was WAY too small (order #24-46644 from 9/26/25). They agreed to replace it with the larger size in email on 10/20/25 (Return Number: RMA #9WG3BQAY). I sent it back within a week in untouched perfect condition, have tracking that proves they received it on 10/28/25 (USPS 9500113405065298811208), but they have not replaced it, refunded my money, or even acknowledged that they got the merchandise back. They simply steal your money.

Rejected my return because the underwear was made for someone super super tiny even though they were a large.

Horrible company and not worth it. They are the prime example of why Amazon is dominating the market.

Order an item, and almost a month of nothing contacted them. They stated they were out of the item and the auto message was not working. A month after that received a item that was nothing close to the original item that was ordered.

They are a joke and waste of time. If you want to through money away shop with them. You want your correct item and easy customer service shop with Amazon.

I ordered from this site, and used an old address! Doh! The old address has a person that is not nice. They like to cuss at the mail lady! I don't think they even returned the items to "OH MY!" But they still helped me get the items I ordered. Amazing customer service! I ordered more right away. I got my order in good time. I highly recommend!

Love the selection of swimwear, even better is the customer service. I received a product that I didn't like/was too large, and I was given a gift card for the trouble and received assistance with the return. Will definitely order from Oh My again because the customer service was just that good, and I can trust they will make it right.

I rarely leave reviews but my past experience with Oh My! has been nothing short of stellar; so I had to. Great customer experience is rare these days. There was an issue with receiving my items. I emailed support right away. Ryan was such a champ and rectified the issue on the same day. I will be a customer for life.

Ordered a pleather harness, I guess I didn't know what to expect, something similar to other plether items I own, but instead got something closer to Styrofoam straps with wear and tear already on the harness. Also bought underwear, a shiny/metallic kind, wear the logo just kind of... fell off? And the reflective fabric began to flake off in the first few hours of wearing them. Probably should have just researched the company more before buying, but I won't be buying again.

I had a problem some time after ordering some of the products they sell.
I noticed I had made a small mistake in the shipping address and got in touch with their support team.
I explained what happened and they were able to fix the problem.
They were so understanding and very nice that it only felt natural to come here and give them a good review!

All the products are made in china, which is fine, but you arn't made aware of that initially. Its actually impossible to find this information on their website. Also you can get any of these products for 1/4 of the price on ebay, exactly the same products, also with free shipping for most. This is pretty much a scam.

Will not order from Oh My Underwear again. If you know your items are coming from China and will take about a month, and you don't care, then all is well.

I had no clear idea during the order process that it wasn't a US based company with local inventory, until later research.

Have had 3 separate USPS tracking numbers and order tracking assigned and then cancelled just for one item so far.

After the order was placed, it took another 8 days to actually ship from the warehouse and reach customs to depart China.

My item never came but I did get a refund

Item did not arrive, the customer service team stated that the matter was out of their hands, I pointed out to them that shipping is the responsibility of the seller. Then they ignored me. I did not receive the item or a refund. Do not use this company as they are unreliable. To accept payment and not deliver the item, and then say the matter is out of their hands is unprofessional at best, but feels more like a scam. Don’t buy from them.

Regular customer, have always loved the underwear. Sure, it takes a little longer to arrive than Amazon, but at these prices, I'm willing to wait. Good customer service, replied instantly to a question I had.

The products are of low quality, not really worth the money. They even sold swim briefs (e.g. the Bold Bowtie Captain Swim Briefs) that had small metal rings that could cut your skin easily - such awful design.

I never received the items I ordered.
They use royal mail, the package got lost by royal mail and now ohmyunderwear has gone quiet. Result: I am out of pocket and with no underwear.
As far as I am concerned, this is a scam.

While this site has some good sexy underwear and i did spend some good money on their site - at least $100. Their "return" policy is just plain deceptive Because there are NO RETURNS. you can presumably exchange for size but you buy it- you own it. There were a couple of things I just didn't like on me when I got them and all "requests for return" were REJECTED. So if you feel like it makes you look fat? - tough crap you own it and wasted $50. You think the quality is crap? Tough crap you own it. You think "it's just not me"? Tough crap you own it. Customer service is a contradiction because there is none - only someone telling you to read the policy. Any reasonable reason to return something is not a valid reason. Tough crap you own it. They should say EXCHANGE ONLY FOR SIZE OR COLOR. Period. Anything else and you get a nasty email - RETURN REQUEST REJECTED.
Caveat emptor - buyer beware.

I never received my package. I contacted customer service and they were zero help. Oh my, I will never shop that site again.
