Worked out well in the end!
I ordered a beautiful bracelet but it never arrived. Turned out order wasn't processed and it never arrived. It was a present for my Daughters birthday meaning she didn't get her present. It was then cancelled by an over-eager member of staff without my consent.
The owner of the company was absolutely wonderful and sent me the cancelled order for free whilst admitting the mistake. I mean how is that for customer service.
Sarah all I can say is thank you so much for your honesty, integrity and sincerity. The bracelet is stunning.

Great product, good value !!!
Having read some of the negative reviews after placing and paying for my order - I was quite concerned if I’m honest. However, my order arrived within 5 working days as stated and was packaged very well. It has been made to a high standard and is good value for money.

My order was incorrect and brand have Ignored my emails
My order was incorrect. I emailed straight away to inform them of the mistake. Extremely poor customer service as I’ve had no acknowledgment from the brand, several emails have been sent. I am extremely upset as the necklace was meant to be a special presents purchased for my little girls christening.
