Bought gift but item not shipped, no info from OH Vault
I purchased a Christmas gift on 12/1/22 and received an email with an order number, stating that I'd get an email as soon as it shipped.
By 12/15/22, I had no further information or contact with the company. I emailed Customer Service [there's no phone numbers of physical address - red flag] and requested a shipping information updated within 24 hours. No response - not even an email confirming that I'd sent them an email.
I've reported it to my credit card company, which is looking into it. My bad for not checking the company on TrustPilot before buying. Don't buy.
