I tried signing up on the website

I tried signing up on the website, but I kept getting an error that the payment was unavailable. Then sent an email about it to the support and it took them a week to get back to me with a manual offer, which led me back to the same payment window, that wasn't working in the firstplace for me.

Their price drops, but if you are an old customer, they will keep your abbonnement at top price

As an old customer, I keep on pay top price for a service that is now offered to new customer for much less (like, at full price, not with the initial discount). Customer service tells me I cannot get those price. Only option is to change phone company and eventually come back to them in the future.
I am gonna cancel my abbonnement at Oister right away. I would say this is so scandalous

UPDATE: the solution they offer is still not satisfying. I accepted while I search for a new company. It is scandalous that the price for the same abbonnement for old customers are 20 dkr per month higher then what new customers can get (Without the classic intro offer)

I did not receive my SIM card in time…

I did not receive my SIM card in time for the 1st as I was supposed to, which has left me without phone service for almost three days now. When I finally got through to customer service after waiting on hold for 30 minutes, they agreed to send a new SIM card. However, I was told I would need to call again to activate it once it arrived.

When the SIM card arrived, I called again, waited another 30 minutes to speak to an employee, only to be given completely incorrect information. Despite all this, my SIM card is still not activated.

The service has been frustrating and unreliable, and I cannot recommend Oister based on this experience.

I would not recommend oister

I would not recommend oister. I recently travelled abroad just to find out oister turned off the roaming (which a month or so before was on). No explanation, just suddenly no roaming.

The worst phone service available in…

The worst phone service available in Denmark. They charge for non existent data usage and add a lot of fines on top of it. I just came back from 2 week of holiday where I was using a local e-sim (with oister turned off) to find out they had turned off my number because of "unpaid data usage abroad". When asking customer service to provide what data usage had been done they couldn't provide any documentation. An absolute rip off and incapable customer service. Wouldn't even wish this phone company on my worst enemy. Avoid at all costs.

TOP UP ..RIP OFF

I have received a mail from Oister,stating a TOP UP ( they say top up ) I say RIP OFF ! of 100,00dkr...after having connected via sim card the 18th Nov,2024 in the morning, I received a amount due to Oister in the afternnon .. ( I have checked my account , they have accredited their account with 153,16 dkr...then I get another amount to be payed ! 135,70 asap or a 100,00dkr fine for NOT PAYING , this is after 48 hours of sim card being placed into my mobile ... I remember a song from a group called Frankie goes to Hollywood " The World is your OYSTER " Oister dk is more like a CLAM (musling) SCAM !

Scam - terrible terrible service and never ever use

Scam - ordered two e-sims and they never worked. Do not ever order from here - have been charged for 6 months of use without being able to use, and being forced to pay.

very very bad connection

very very bad connection. I was using it in Brøndby very bad experience. They said its 5G network but was not even 2G. and you can’t even change it because you have 6 months binding. So for 6 months i sufdered. Called customer servise many times and tried many things, didn’t help.

When it comes to coverage, there will be areas where we don't cover quite as wide. There can be various factors that affect this, such as terrain, a lower number of masts or the distance to the mast.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE

I AM A NEW CUSTOMER IN OISTER. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY SIMCARDS WHEN I SHOULD HAVE. I SPENT MONEY TO CALL AND WAITED 35 MINUTES. NICE PERSON ANSWERED AND HE SENT ME THE 2 SIMCARDS I SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED BUT WERE NOT SENT.
I RECEIVED THE 2 SIMCARDS 2 DAYS LATER BUT HAD TO BUY A PHONE CARD IN THE MEANTIME BECAUSE BOTH MY PHONES DID NOT WORK BECAUSE OF NO SIMCARD.
TODAY, I PUT THE SIMCARDS IN MY PHONES BUT THEY ARE NOT ACTIVATED.
I`M ASKED TO ACTIVATED THEM BUT I CAN´T BECAUSE I DO NOT HAVE A PASSWORD TO ACCESS MY ERHVERVS ACCOUNT. I TRY TO OPRET A KODEORD FOR OISTER BUT THE PAGE DOES NOT WORK. IT REPETEDLY SAYS THERE´S AN ERROR, YOU SHOULD CONTACT KUNDERSERVICE.
I CANT AGAIN BECAUSE I DO NOT HAVE A PROPER PHONE CARD. SO, I BUY A NEW ONE BUT I STILL CAN´T CONTACT KUNDERSERVICE BECAUSE IT IS A SPECIAL NUMBER.
I SPENT 4 HOURS TODAY TO GET BOTH MY SIMCARDS ACTIVATED BUT THEY STILL DO NOT WORK. I WROTE A MAIL FROM THE WEBSITE IT SAYS WE WILL ANSWER WITHIN 2 DAYS. i WROTE TO GET MY SIMCARD ACTIVATED AT CA. 15:30 AND IT IS NOW 20:08 AND MY SIMCARDS ARE STILL NOT ACTIVATED!!!

THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE! i CAN´T CALL AND I CAN´T BE REACHED BECAUSE MY PHONES DO NOT WORK.
THIS IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

My experience with oister

I was a customer for a long time. So I think I can write my review on Oister.

Pros
It's cheap.
Easy to set up

Cons
The customer service is awful. They make you wait for 30 - 45 minutes before answering calls

They are untrained and the phone call is way longer than it needs to be

The internet service cuts out alot of times. I live in Aarhus and it usually drops out 1-2 times a day.

Cut bandwidth during evenings, good luck streaming a Netflix show because if you are watching after 22 they cut the bandwidth down to less than 500kbs

They use cheap tricks and bad user interfaces to make it hard for canceling subscriptions. I've dealt with accidentally clicking on cancel a cancellation of subscription when trying to navigate their platform.

Don't settle for the cheap option. please research other options there are a whole lot. Choose someplace that has experts on their team, value customer service. Has 100% uptime. It usually cost just a little more but you get so much in return

Poor customer service at Telia.dk

After experiencing poor customer service, network speed issues, and several other problems with Telia, I decided to switch to a different mobile operator. I’m really glad I chose Oister because I haven’t had any issues with network speed since then. Their customer service is always available, respectful, and responsive to any questions or concerns.
