Duplicate Shipment No Return Allowed

I ordered two of the same item. OJ shipped and charged me for four items. They insist I pay for return shipping of the duplicate order, but that is higher than the purchase price. (The items are heavy furniture pieces.) It appears that OJ is dumping inventory by duplicating orders. DO NOT ever order from OJ as you may end up with duplicate, unreturnable items.

Ordered a bathroom vanity and mirror

Ordered a bathroom vanity and mirror. I received an email a few days later saying both items had shipped with four different tracking numbers, all that didn’t work. I emailed customer service to explain the issue and received an email a few days later stating the order had been cancelled.

Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company. They never sent me shipping information and now saying maybe a neighbor has it. Fraud. Now it will be days if ever I receive my refund

Purposefully sending wrong items

I tried to order a cat tower THREE times and every time they would send me the same wrong model of the same brand, trying to convince me each time that that’s what I ordered. I waited for two weeks or so for the third time to order it since they told me there was a warehouse issue that has been fixed. Well, clearly not. It’s impossible to reach someone higher up, they say you will get a call back from someone but that never happens.

Schwin Meridian Tricycle

I bought a Schwin Meridian Tricycle.
The box was abused and battered when it arrived late.
The tricycle has several dents and scratches. I could not sen the bike back because the box was too broken.
I put the bike together and had to use touch up paint and try to pull out the dents.
OJCommerce was not helpful and did not offer and discount.

My mother ordered a couch... Nightmare

My mother ordered a couch from these clowns through Amazon. They sent one that obviously had the main box, box 1 0f 3 damaged before shipping as it was wrapped with copious amounts of packing tape. When we tried to get the box replaced they insisted that we repack and send all of the boxes back then order again. They then offered instead sending us the one destroyed one after offering us $112 to "just keep it". Thing is, they are in my opinion sending out damaged goods so they can claim insurance and loss for the items and also hope that they can offload their damaged merch. Never ordering

SELLER IS A SCAMMER WITH A BBB RATING 'F'!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ON ANY SITE! I purchased a small three drawer chest. The problem is the misleading representation of the item and because of that I am unable to use it! The drawer fronts are 5",6" and 6" and 17 1/2 inches wide, but all three drawers are only 15" wide with 3 1/8" depth and only 4" clearance, and only 13" deep! The chest is 16 1/2" deep. The ad states that it is 18" deep and it is only 16 1/2" deep and only 23 5/8" wide not 24"
So now I am out the money, and stuck with a chest that I can't use, because what I need to put in it will not fit! THEY WANT ME TO PAY TO SHIP IT BACK, WHICH WILL COST MORE THAN THE ITEM
This is their response to my email I sent to them.
Dear Susan Fisher,
The item must be returned within 10 days after receiving this RA.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION #, ADDRESS AND INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Wrap the package carefully in the original manufacturer’s packaging
2. Return the item(s) to the address provided using your preferred shipping carrier.
3. Returns sent to our administrative offices cannot be accepted.
4. Provide us with the tracking number/s of the return. The tracking will be on the receipt provided by your shipping carrier.
Refunds will be processed after the return is received and inspected by our warehouse.
NOTICE:
A. All returned products MUST be in their original condition and packaging. We cannot take returns if products have been assembled or modified. All items will be inspected upon return.
B. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
C. Customers are responsible for returns to any address other than instructed.
We generally complete the inspection of returned goods within two business days of receipt in our warehouse and process the refund. It may take 2 to 3 additional business days for the refund to credit to your account.
6 MONTHS LATER ON MAY 12th 2025 THEY GOT AROUND TO RESPONDING TO MY REVIEW!! ROTTEN COMPANY, ROTTEN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Sent the wrong item!

Ordered a computer deck through Walmart.com and it was shipped and sold by OJcommerce the third-party seller. When we got the large box, it was the wrong item as they sent a console table not the computer desk we ordered. The box was ripped open on the side and when we started taking the many parts out of the box to assemble the computer desk, we thought we received we realized there was glass shelf in the box, and it was the wrong item. We called the company and told them we do not have carton sealing tape to seal back the box and we could not get all the parts back into the box. the company OJcommerce told us tough luck drive somewhere and buy the tape at our expense and if anything was damaged on the return back to them, we would be charged for the damage and also charged a re-stocking fee when they sent us the WRONG ITEM!
They then tried to offer us a $47.00 refund to keep the item we did not want and did not order and never mentioned if they would even ship the correct item. Now all the burden of packing the box again buying carton sealing tape to fix the box and seal it falls on us as well as getting it back to them undamaged when we did not order or want this item they sent. Horrible company do not buy anything from them as you will get ripped off and probably get the wrong item sent. This terrible company did not even acknowledge they sent the wrong item just sent us a return label and no sorry or anything else. If you like getting the wrong item and working for free for OJcommerce then buy from them if you want the item, you ordered, and no headaches DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Just a word of caution and our experience.

Terrible company.

Terrible company.
Save yourself time and money, order from another company.
Dishonest/untrustworthy.
Company deserves zero stars.
Delivery takes much longer than expected, and missing parts. When they initial a refund, you may not get a refund. Been waiting weeks and no refund. Do not order from them.

This the horrible company.

This the horrible company with the worst customer service experience I ever had. I purchased a scooter from Walmart which was listed by this seller and I received it damaged. This seller list that scooter as new and then I got a open box scooter. When asked for returns and refund they are just giving any random response that they can think of like they are high on something.

Do not ever buy from this company

Do not ever buy from this company. They are absolutely terrible to work with bought a $400 desk huge chips in the top of it after putting it together five hours later they offered me minimal to nothing.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM THEY HAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCTS COME DAMAGED!!!

Horrible Product & Service

First time using this company and I will never use again. We bought a cat tower, and it was made so cheap and very hard on the sitting surfaces - no padding under cheap carpet - Our cats ignore it. They don't offer return shipping, and it's going to be $80 for a return, and the item was $62, so we are going to donate it. Customer Service person was rude and robotic, kept asking "Does it look like t he picture?" - stupidity all around. Stick with well-known national brands, these off brands so NOT have the customer experience as a core value.

This company should be banned from…

This company should be banned from selling products. I bought a kodiak futon and frame from Amazon, after reading 90+ 5 star reviews. It was $557 and arrived fairly quickly in 3 pieces. I hired a professional carpenter to assemble it because buyers said it took 4 hours to put together. The first night I slept on it I woke up multiple times in excruciating pain. I never had back pain before and this was extremely painful. I didn’t give up on it yet, I tried it again and the same pain occurred. I ordered a $200 mattress topper to try to remedy the situation. It did nothing. After spending an additional 350+ dollars on this junk I initiated a return with amazon. However; I got a message from OJCOMMERCE saying they don’t accept assembled furniture. How would I know this thing is trash without assembling it? I’m letting Amazon battle it out for my refund now. I had this thing for 5 days and could not take the pain any longer. I trusted Amazon and the 5 star reviews which were obviously bought because there’s no way this futon is comfortable for anyone. Even my dogs hate it. I would not recommend buying anything from OJCOMMERCE. Bad products that are harmful to your physical health topped off with unreasonable customer service.

Stand Together to Remove OJ COMMERCE from Selling Platforms

MY FULL REFUND FROM WAL-MART HAS POSTED MY ACCOUNT.  HOWEVER, FOR THE REASONS EXPLAINED BELOW, OJ COMMERCE SHOULD NOT HAVE A PRESENCE ON THE WAL-MART PLATFORM - SEE PICTURES OF MY DAMAGED ITEMS ON YOUTUBE, INSTAGRAM, BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, FACEBOOK AND YELP ALONGSIDE OJ COMMERCE MISLEADING RETURN POLICY!!!

As I indicated last week, I would receive a FULL REFUND on the damaged nightstands received from OJ Commerce.  To date, I have in fact received my refund in FULL. See attachment.  Because OJ COMMERCEs return policy is a misrepresentation of good will to the unassuming customer, which on the Wal-Mart platform indicates refunds are permissible, but then on your page the return policy states refund or replacement. OJ Commerce should immediately correct the misleading return policy directly on Wal-Mart Marketplace platform to state that customers will be HELD FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN SHIPMENT OF ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT OR ACCEPT A REPLACEMENT ITEM OF THE SAME.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  It shouldn't be at your discretion for a customer to accept replacement for items so easily damaged and so cheaply made it crushes during shipping transit.  This is unconscionable.  Coupled with the fact that my items were both received crushed and you expected I pay $500 shipping costs to return $581 items., why would anyone pay OJ Commerce for low quality crushed furniture?  I recently read all of the OJ Commerce reviews, and shame on OJ Commerce for not honoring commitments.  Because of the irresponsible manner in which my case was handled by OJ Commerce, Wal-Mart took very good CARE of me and made me whole after I shared my photos, the email and voicemail communication whereby OJ Commerce Representatives gave conflicting information, some stating a refund would be granted, while others saying it would not.  Nonetheless, I took to social media platforms to post all pictures and correspondence of the matter.  OJ Commerce should not have a presence on the Wal-Mart platform because of the way you administer returns that are no fault of the customer, and many customers agree who have viewed and liked the photos of my damaged nightstands and your return policy on YELP, Instagram, YouTube. FaceBook, Snapchat, and the Better Business Bureau.  I hope this sends a clear message to OJ Commerce that what you do to customers with regards to the return of damaged items is wrong on every level.  I am pleased that all my post received the attention NEEDED to make sure other customers do not have to withstand what OJ Commerce put me through.  Like I mentioned last week, this was about the principal of matters, and OJ Commerce chose to penalize me, versus help solve a simple problem.  For these reasons, I hope that Wal-Mart does in fact elect to permanently revoke your seller privileges and remove you from their platform.  You don't deserve to be there, my pictures is real time proof, along with what other customers have been saying for years on OJ Commerce reviews.  At the end of the day, it wasn't about the money, it was about what was right, and my full refund was an added bonus!  Thanks to Wal-Mart!!!! ZERO STARS TO OJ COMMERCE!!!!  Don't know how you stay in business, especially since you made no effort to make me whole and Wal-Mart paid for OJ COMMERCE error.  OJ Commerce should BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE, YOU SHOULD NOW REIMBURSE WAL-MART FOR THE ERRORS OF YOUR WAYS!

this company is a joke

I’d love to write great review about the awesome deal I found but instead the company took me through multiple emails back and forth to try and verify my identity before I was allowed to purchase this couch. And even then they still canceled my order! I immediately called customer service who was completely unhelpful and only told me to try and buy it again with a different form of ID. Be prepared for various emails before you get your product and completely incompetent and unhelpful staff if you have any issues with your order.
