Ordered a desk for my son on December 12th, desk didn’t arrived until January 15th. Desk arrived with missing pieces and poor quality. Will be returning it back.
Bought something for a Christmas present, received Nov. 24. Tried to return it on Jan. 6 and was told they have a 30 day return policy from date of delivery. They didn't care or warn you about their policy. Terrible company! Bought it thru Walmart won't do that again only thru Amazon!!!
Big time scammers! They don't send you what you order! I ordered a twin size trundle bed for my daughter. It came with only pieces for trundle. Not entire bed as advertised on Walmart App. When I attempted to put the trundle together with the pieces they'd sent me I noticed that pieces meant to hold the boards together were all broken. There was an allen wrench that was completely missing from the hardware and also more hardware missing. The hardware was actually taped and you could see where it had been previously opened then resealed! This gift was intended to be my daughter's big Christmas gift. Now I'm out 2 beds and $200 and something dollars.

This is my 1st negative review ever written but I felt compelled to share this info in the hopes that folks don't make the same mistake I did.
I purchased a large wall mirror and it unfortunately it arrived damaged beyond reparation. My husband and I moved the box a few feet and we could hear all the shattered glass moving around inside the box. I emailed the company right away to let them know, and also asking to arrange an exchange. They replied back saying we would have to dispose of the mirror. Mind you this is a large, heavy box filled with glass. It will easily cost over $100 to dispose. I asked them to send a UPS label to send it back explaining it is their responsibility to take away their damaged product. They wouldn't help with the cost of disposing.It appears this issue must happen regularly reading reviews... they are well aware of the cost to dispose or send back a heavy box and simply say they don't offer this kind of help. It's disappointing. They should do the right thing and hold themselves responsible with the burden of disposing. I'll continue to shop at Amazon instead where I know if anything goes wrong they will resolve it immediately. Amazon understands that you can't be the cause for a customer to pay for a product they haven't received.
Order a loft bed on Nov 20 it's now dec22 and no updates do not buy here this business is a joke take your money somewhere else ,all those reviews on their website are fake I posted 2 already and they won't put them up .
Where do I even start! I ordered a christmas tree on the 7th of December after seeing a few positive reviews on OjCommerce. I convinced myself that nothing was going to go wrong, thinking I was going to be one of the few lucky ones. The tree was supposed to be delivered on the 11th according to the tracking info I had. The 11th came and delivery date was moved to the 14th. I called Fedex spent 20 minutes asking the robot to speak to a representative, eventually managed to speak to someone. Nothing or whatsoever was resolved but at least the agent was not rude. Today is the 17th 2 weeks later I decided to call fedex again told a different story nothing was resolved again but once again representative sounded very sincere and considerate . Then I thought let me call OjCommerce little did I know, such a pompous, arrogant, full of I know representative. Not at all willing to assist or trouble shoot or offer options. Quick to offer a refund on the 17th of December which will take 2-3 business days meaning i will only get it on 22 December since today is a Friday. Meaning there won't be a chance of getting a tree this christmas. Instead of just offering to send another tree and ship it as urgent. If I needed the money I wouldn't have ordered the christmas tree. The arrogance completely put me off, and still in the end nothing was resolved, spent minutes indirectly blaming me for lying to the extend that I had to apologize for us to continue with the call. I clearly had to apologize because she kept going On and On about me not mentioning something about tracking or whatever. She made it clear that she was the boss, of which I couldn't careless because all I just wanted was to get assistance. You think someone can actually pick up the phone to play a blame game, or fault finder. The emphasis and audacity she had!!! was just shocking I have never been so disappointed with customer service like I was today. My kids have been waiting to decorate that christmas tree for almost 2 weeks. Ornaments and decorations on the floor. OjCommerce and Fedex what a good combination of ruining christmas in 2020!!!
I ordered 2 children's rocker recliners for my grandsons for Christmas. They were ordered before Thanksgiving. I received an email saying that they had shipped and then on December 10th I get an email saying that they had cancelled the order because they could not fill it. Now I'm left scrambling 15 days before Christmas to find something else for my grandsons! They would have really liked the chairs. They could have called me sooner or given me the option of a different chair, but no they just cancelled the order. I will not try to purchase anything from them again!
I bought a metal plane from them as a gift. It came to me covered in dirt and dust. The planes welding was very poorly done and the metal was bent out of shape and paint was chipped. I returned the product back to the address ojcommerce gave me and they still haven’t refunded me or replied back after months of messages. $100 down the drain because of this company.
This company (OJ Commerce) is deceiving and has poor business practices. I purchased a sofa to be delivered to my out-of-state (Florida) condo rental property for an upcoming visit. I paid for the sofa in full and was given a delivery date agreeing to the timeframe I would be there. Prior to the scheduled shipment date I then receive an email that the sofa is no longer available!! I was left with no time to find an alternative. Customer service was horrible. After much research I located the owners Odelia & Jacob (OJ) Weiss located in Florida but still no reply.
I ordered a pink Christians tree from website. The expectant delivery day is nov 28th. I noticed at 11pm on the 28th that the tree still had yet to be delivered. I emailed the company asking them when will the tree arrive and the company replied with the new date of Dec 1st. So when I asked for the tracking number the company replied with it's out of stock. You couldn't have told me that when I ordered 2 weeks ago? Why did the answers change? Bad business
I love the 2 Wallace & Bay Pruitt Weathered Brown Swivel Reclining Glider with Swivel Glider, Nailhead Trim, And Pillow Backglider rocker recliners I ordered! I did a lot of research to find this item for the best price. The color could not match my end tables and coffee tables more perfectly. The only issue I had was delivery. The delivery was promised one day and never showed. Then was promised the next day and never showed. They did arrive on the 3rd day but we were not expecting them until the day after that... we had to stay home the entire time because we could not get an idea of when the chairs might arrive. Better communication regarding delivery would have made this the perfect purchase. Otherwise, I am very happy!

horrible. do not buy from this store. i ordered a mirror on nov 3rd and i got no proof of delivery, no shipping information, and no confirmation of delivery. i tracked my package for over 2 weeks and it sat in “shipped status” before my apartment called me and told me that the package has been sitting with them for days now. i carried the package 3 flights up and opened it to find that it was shattered into a million pieces. box was also ripped too when i finally got to it. they don’t take care of their items and they don’t keep up with their website and for service like that- $140 is absolutely NOT WORTH IT!!!!!!!!!!!!! even if i got a full refund, now i’m completely inconvenienced and have to carry shattered glass down to the dump. thanks for nothing!!!!!!!!!
The mirror I ordered is gorgeous! It arrived sooner than I expected and was in perfect condition. The price point was also great - it was hundreds less than comparable sized mirrors and is just as nice, if not nicer! :)
Purchased two Leick Home ironcraft wood and iron tables (sofa and hall tables). They are exceptional. Very high quality. OJcommerce was the best price (I spent a lot of time researching many online sites, including the biggest). The free shipping saved a lot as well. Everything about the purchase was really good. Glad I found OJCommerce and recommend them based on my first experience.
Ordered a bookcase set directly from this company instead of using their store front on Amazon. Shipping was fast, the product arrived with no damage and as ordered. No complaints.
I ordered what looked to be a desk and hutch in the pictures. I did not read the description carefully and it only came with a hutch. It was extremely poor quality. I called that day to request a return. I was told that I would have to pay shipping fees-fair enough but more than 3/4 of the cost of the item. Additionally, they take off at least 20% for "restocking" fees. Just be warned...only buy something from here if you absolutely know you will not want to return it. Here's $130 down the drain.
I purchased a roll away bed from OJ. The return policy was very misleading and when I rec'd the bed there were parts missing and the packaging was poor at best. The mattress arrived with NO protective covering and during COVID this is not acceptable. I called OJ and told them I wanted to return the bed. They told me their policy was it would have to be returned at MY EXPENSE and there would be a 20% "restocking fee". I again told them the bed did not meet my expectations and missing parts and they still would do nothing to make this right. I will NEVER purchase anything from OJ again!
