Received a text saying I would get an…
Received a text saying I would get an email with travel details...still waiting. Got to the port with just the text - only a very helpful assistant managed to find the information and got my tickets. Was the last one on the ferry.

This company stole our money
This company stole our money. Our ferry was cancelled due to poor conditions and we weren't told until we had walked all the way down to the port. When I asked for a refund the receptionist told us we have to call customer service. However, we have US phones so it doesn't work to call out of country phone numbers. After investigating further I tried sending an email to them, which is the email listed on the website. Apparently that email does not exist because it keeps sending back to my email saying unable to deliver. It is impossible to get a refund. Your company stole $50 from me and caused a lot of stress on our vacation.
