Disappointing Experience with Faulty Product and Limited Refund

I purchased an Endorfy Thock Wireless Mechanical Keyboard from okluge on April 27, 2025 via a purchase agent from Hong Kong, expecting a premium quality product. Unfortunately, the keyboard I received suffered multiple defects: intermittent missing key up events affecting usability, dim lights on the top row keys when lighting was turned off, and a visible unusual gap under the Caps Lock key. These issues were confirmed by the manufacturer, Endorfy, as faults that "should not occur." Given the numerous similar customer reports on Trustpilot about faulty and used products, I suspect I was one of many affected.

While returning the keyboard from Hong Kong to Germany for warranty was an option, it was impractical due to the high shipping costs and the risk of receiving another faulty unit, considering the company’s low trust score. Despite providing clear evidence including manufacturer confirmation and photos, okluge only offered a minimal €15 partial refund on a €102 purchase, which I find insufficient given the severity of the faults on such a premium product.

Their communication was polite, and they acknowledged the faults, but the low trust score and recurring negative reviews from other customers highlight ongoing issues. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience, especially for a device marketed as a premium keyboard. I hope okluge improves its product quality and customer support.

We are very sorry to hear that your product already has a number of defects and can well understand your annoyance.

As part of the complaint, we have sent you a free return label for the return shipment from Italy. We originally sent the item to you from this country. We could then have sent you a new item free of charge. We ask for your understanding that we cannot offer you labels for returns from other countries outside our dispatch radius.

Unfortunately, the defects visible in the pictures sent to us did not allow for a higher discount than the €15.00 offered. The inspection of the remaining defects described should have been carried out on site, as these cannot be traced via pictures.
We apologise to you most sincerely for the inconvenience caused.

Run AWAY the seller

I ordered two screens for my work,
I received them without the HDMI cables, I contacted the seller, the response was:
"Unfortunately, individual subsequent delivery of the cables is not possible.
We cannot send the cables alone, you have to send the package back to us, and we will contact you as soon as we receive them"
I returned them, but no response from their side when they received it.
I contacted them, their response:
"We have arranged the refund via Amazon.
Re-shipping is not possible within the current order.
Please make the purchase again"

Shady business

Shady business. Ordered graphic card and they canceled the order as the price was wrong. There was nothing wrong with the price of course , not cheap or anything.

Dont do it. Dont even buy from them on amazon.

with out question the worst customer experience ever. I ordered a head set from them via amazon. The product cost me around 200€ so I expected good quality. I was wrong it was defective. Thats ok these things happen. So I tried to return the product for a refund. I sent the product back on 26/01/2021 as of today the 13/03/2021 I have still not received my refund. I have written many emails with only an automated response. I even tried to call them today the customer service rep on the phone, was extremely rude. He told me that an automated mail is a response. He then said that he would forward my claim to someone else. So I asked him politely if I do not receive a response how should I proceed. He told me this was a stupid question and hung up the phone. I don't write reviews its mostly not worth my time. But head my warning and many others. This company should not be allowed on amazon. bad quality, bad service, extremely unprofessional. I will never buy from them again.

1 star is clearly too much

1 star is clearly too much. Minus 5 stars is posted at the very least. Obviously dishonest, unprofessional, con artist, cheater and a thief. Indeed sounds incredible, but unfortunately experienced it. So you have been notified and always buy from an honest seller.

I honestly don't understand why the negative reviews.
Bought a monitor, delivered in 2 days, everything perfect and obviously the price was amazing!
( I saved more than 100 euros on this Monitor. Compared to if I would have bought it at the typicall shops, Saturn etc...)
