Initially, the product that appeared available on the site was in fact unavailable. I was called, they have offered me some alternatives, but I have decided to wait until my product will appear in stock. They promised to notice me when that will happen, but they didn't. So, I made another command after a few days and that time all was perfect.
The price was good, the delivery cost and time also good.

I ordered the components for a desktop PC to assemble myself, and the only reason I didn't choose the excelent rating was due to the computer case which looked like it was tried by others before me and returned eventually due to a few manufacturing problems (otherwise I guess the case was acceptable for the money)...

I ordered on Sunday and I paid by credit card. I took the product Tuesday after 10:00. One observation about the fact that Monday morning I was expecting to be contacted by phone for confirmation. Finally, around noon I called. Order was already confirmed.
I chose the company for the best price on the product.

The product I had chosen from the website, based on technical specifications and photo, it totally satisfied my needs, as well the services provided. The product arrived in a fast time, shipping condition was excellent, as well as the delivery.

It was very impressive the stuff professionalism and the way on how they do the delivery. It was no mistakes... no dead moments... They kept me informed all the time about the delivery stage.

One wrong issue anyway: on the site, in case you make electronic payments, they do not offer the possibility to pay also the shipping; the delivery payments mus be done at "delivery time" and that means that you must have some extra-cash to pay the shipping for a goods that you buy them and pay them by electronic payments. (one star short)

Overall, it's good to make bussines with OKTAL...
