I've heard horror stories about solicitors not providing services that are up to par with new home purchases. That was not the case with Ola Leslie. I found their pricing to be fair and they got my work done well within the timeframes I was expecting. Pricewise they were in the middle of what I reviewed and seemed to be the best. They did not disappoint and I am thankful I selected them. Throughout the process the solicitor I worked with was clear and accurate with timelines and what was required. She was very prompt with my inquiries on status. Very happy with their services. I've recommended their services to others purchasing a new home and would recommend them as a solicitor.

I cannot rate my experience with Ola Solicitors, and in particular Ayesha Yunus, enough. As a first-time buyer, I found the whole process smooth and efficient and I was kept informed throughout. It was also very reasonably priced compared to other quotes I received. Ayesha was excellent in pushing the sale through and chasing the other solicitors to ensure I exchanged on schedule. I am extremely happy with the service and will definitely use them again in the future.

Ayesha is Brilliant at legal jargon, very much switched on and delivered at great speed to accomplish a difficult case. Myself and my wife would highly recommend Ayesha and Ola Leslie Solictors.

I cannot commend Ayesha at Ola Leslie Solicitors enough. After years of looking for a good property solicitor I can really say I've now found one - she really knows her stuff. Client orientated and always available to speak and not hiding behind a gate keeper. I have used her for 3 transactions now and would thoroughly recommend her, especially if you are using a bridging company. She really can and does perform to tight deadlines.

Funke and her team are amazing.
We have heard stories about other solicitors being slow to respond and we selected Ola Leslie after a considerable review of customer feedback. I can say they definitely even exceeded our expectations.

We used Ayesha to complete on a property transaction in which time was of the essence. She was outstanding and provided an amazingly speedy service completing everything within 3 weeks, and made things happen liaising with us and the other party to ensure everyone met the deadline. Ayesha was a breath of fresh air! After several headaches with conveyancing in the past, Ayesha and the Ola Leslie team are a God send. Ola Leslie solicitors have responded to my review by stating I did not send them the stamp duty money and that’s why HMRC are chasing me.

This is a complete lie by the firm who received the stamp duty payment by the developer.

They have also issued no apologies and still continue not to pay the SDLT.

I would strongly not recommend this firm.

Ayesha and her team were simply amazing, their work was swift and thorough! I would highly recommend them.
