Extremely unprofessional experience — avoid if you value your time
We were genuinely interested in renting a commercial property through this company, but the entire process has been nothing but a waste of time.
First, when we called to confirm details about the space, we were told that the udlejningschef — the very person whose sole job is to rent out and inform about the property — was “sick,” and no one else seemed to know anything. If a company structures its responsibilities this way, they should at least ensure that someone can step in and provide basic information when needed.
We eventually managed to book a viewing, only to have it cancelled one hour before due to a “double booking” on their end. This not only shows poor internal coordination, but a complete lack of respect for other people’s time.
If this is the service level before a lease is even signed, it raises serious concerns about how they operate afterward. We’ve chosen to take our business elsewhere — and would strongly encourage others to do the same.
Unreliable, unorganized, and absolutely not worth the hassle.
