Border line scam. Keep away
I ordered a pair of chinos. Took about a week and a half to be delivered, which was bearable. The quality was abysmal. The fabric is very basic, and the stitch is very cheap. Putting aside the quality of the product, the organisation is questionable. The return costs are very high, and every effort is made to discourage it. And if you are promised a refund, it will not show up for months. I am currently one month in and still waiting for a refund. You will receive courteous emails, but they will not provide any resolution. So, in short, spend your money (new or old) somewhere else. Oh, by the way, they send a bag along with the product. That is a better quality than the product itself.

This company is terrible. Ordered 2 pairs of loafers, They took well over a month to arrive, They were the wrong size. Emailed customer service, After a few days they replied and said just pay the shipping costs for the loafers, Keep the ones they had sent and they'd send me 2 new pairs, I paid shipping and the loafers never arrived. The loafers are cheaply made trash. Definitely not satisfied at all.

A sweater described as Marino wool on the website arrived and turned out to be made of viscose, polyester and nylon. No wool at all. I received no response from the company on returning the product for a refund.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE/RETURNs
Over the past 2 months I have been trying return two pairs of shoes that arrived too late for my use, as they took nearly a month to arrive from overseas despite "fast free delivery". While returns at Old Money are “free” I have been met with nothing but resistance and problems, and now have a new one. I originally tried to return these shoes in my home country of the USA since OM's website claims that they have a return center here. But I was told that I had to send them to Poland because OM was having trouble with the US depot - which should not be my problem but they made it so. So I paid $83 to return $110 in shoes to Poland. I had taken pictures, gotten the address, and provided a tracking number all at OM's direction. Last night I got a my shoes back in the mail in their original package - with a sticker that they had been refused at the warehouse in Poland. Everything was correct, shipping was paid, and it was sent to the address Old Money provided, only to be refused!?! This company is not honest about their service, and shoes are meh at best. I think I have been arguing with a "bot" for the last few months, and the has done nothing to help me or show any concern for my experience. TERRIBLE COMPANY and EXPERIENCE.
