During our visit last Wednesday to view the function hall for our upcoming wedding reception, we had the absolute pleasure of working with Matthew Connor, Assistant Manager at Old Hall Farm in Cheshire Oaks.

From the moment we arrived, Matt helped us truly envision what our reception could become. His experience was evident, but what stood out most was his calm, gentle, and guided approach. He took the time to understand our ideas, offering thoughtful suggestions without ever overwhelming us, and helped bring our vision to life in a way that felt natural and exciting.

His customer service was excellent throughout—attentive, approachable, and genuinely caring. We felt completely at ease knowing we were in such capable hands.

Thank you, Matt, for making our visit so enjoyable and for helping us take those first important steps in planning our special day.

The staff in this establishment are extremely rude and don’t care about the customer experience or service it’s about it’s not my fault. Blah Blah .
The atmosphere is as frosty inside as it is outside.
Don’t bother trying to complain or get any details of what the process is u are just hitting brick walls
Very poor. Would never ever go back to this pub if it was free.
There is so many wonderful places to eat and socialise but this is at the bottom of the bucket .
Keep your money and go somewhere else

Dropped in for a meal. Standard pub food but well prepared, tasty and fast service. Pleasant staff and good service. Recommended.
