Cool product Childish Company

The company itself is lame. Nothing wrong with the product though. I reached out to them with a valid concern. A concern which ended up being resolved completely. But because they are too high minded to be questioned and definitely don’t employ great customer service they’ve blocked me from purchasing. That’s so immature. As if money doesn’t easily spend elsewhere. Lame! I have NEVER EVER returned anything I’ve purchased EVER. As I’ve only been able to make one purchase. I’ve never even requested a return. I would NEVER return an open liquid product. Maybe they have a glitch in the system but wrong account. Definitely nothing I would do.

Ordered 2 perfumes cost me over $350…

Ordered 2 perfumes cost me over $350 they are legitimate, Shipping & Delivery was fast, complaining about returning or replace policy they charge you the Shipping fees plus a 20% restocking fee as well not like other websites they returningwith no charges no fees, for me first and last time to order from there.

While we understand that some retailers may offer returns without fees, every business operates under a different pricing and cost structure. Our goal is to provide genuine fragrances at some of the most competitive prices in the market. To do so, we operate on very slim margins and cannot absorb the various costs associated with returned orders.

Additionally, returned fragrances generally cannot be resold as brand-new products. In many cases, they must be converted into samples or otherwise discounted, resulting in a significant loss. The restocking fee helps us manage these losses while continuing to offer competitive pricing across our catalog.
