The entire transaction went very smoothly. I was able to suggest a price for the watch I ordered for my son’s Christmas present- as it was offered online elsewhere for a slightly lower price. I preferred to order at Olfert because I felt that their company offered me more security in the transaction- as well as a guarantee. Olfert accepted the price offer and shipped in a timely fashion. Everything worked out perfectly and I had the peace of mind that I wanted from an internet transaction. Excellent service!

Bought it as a gift for a dear friend of mine. Did not had the chance to see the watch, however, my mate is super happy! The service is amazing and I can recommend Olfert und Co to everyone!

According to the information on the website, delivery was supposed to take 1–3 business days. Today marks 23 days since I placed my order. I did receive a refund today, but there was no email or explanation from the store. Really disappointing experience — I regret choosing this shop. Prices are the same as elsewhere, so definitely not worth the trouble. I don’t recommend it.

Only after I posted this negative review did the company finally contact me about my order. I eventually received the watch, but it arrived exactly one month after the purchase. Now they keep emailing me, asking me to change or remove my negative review. So far, I’ve received four such emails. This whole experience feels like a nightmare.

Olfert sourced a limited edition watch on my behalf. There was no guarantee they would be able to get a hold of it, but were so patient and positive during the wait. Offered to refund no issue if I wasn’t sure but never gave up the possibility. The watch arrived today in pristine condition with super quick delivery. Absolutely wonderful shop and great group of people to deal with! Highly recommend. If I could rate higher than five stars I would.

Watch came in perfect order, no complaints about the watch.
But, 12 days shipping inside EU was pretty disappointing and shipping cost was high regarding service.

After having placed an order for a watch at a different dealer who didn't manage to deliver in 6 weeks even though they claimed they had already send the watch but also that it was very difficult to get hold of from the supplier.......I found Olfert Juweliere GmbH & Co.

Fast and clear communication. No BS, and within a week I had the watch on my wrist. Excellent service.

A good shopping experience. The communication was good, the product was excellent (at a fair price) and it arrived well packaged.
My only criticism is the poor delivery service via DHL which took 2 weeks to arrive.

After a bad first impression-them not having a watch that they advertised and me allready payed for it....
Olfert & Co went above and beyond to find me that exact watch for the same price as advertised.
Thats a good customer service in my book and wil deffenetly buy more watches from them.

The only minor inconvenience was with the delivery. As I wasn't required to enter my phone number when filling out my address the delivery company couldn't call me to arrange the delivery. I also didn't receive any notifications on the status of the delivery, nor with which company the watch was being delivered. After randomly trying the tracking number with different companies I found the correct one and manually tracked the progress until it gave a failed to deliver message after which I had to call them to give them my phone number. Also I would suggest to invest in SEO and SEM as your company only once has appeared in my search results when looking for watches.

I don't have any real complaints - of course, notifications about status changes could be more frequent and more accurate, but I was actually calm about the delivery of the equipment, as the store itself has an impeccable reputation.

Bought a watch, Delivered fast and in perfect condition,
I asked few questions over a call and they answered all my doubts.
