The company either went under or it's a complete scam. I had the exact same experience as other one star reviews- watch broke 8mo after purchase, emailed customer service multiple times (like 6 or 7), zero response. I will never buy another watch online. What a waste. What a terrible company.

I had the Berkeley watch purchased for my back in 2019 and it died in 2021. Maybe used it 7 times.
Emailed the company about it and have not heard back once. The customer service department is not responsive at all.

I bought my husband a watch in 2018. He used it maybe 4 times over the years, and in February 2022, while using it, one of the clock hands fell right off. I e-mailed customer service on march 1 (almost 2 months ago), and no answer yet. Nice looking watch, but horrible company.

Think the company has gone under, that or their customer service is quite poor. Received the watch as a gift two years ago and it recently stopped working. Have tried to contact the company several times, but have gotten zero response.

I purchased the Berkley watch in late 2019. Good watch, very accurate and comfortable to wear. I replaced the battery once since I have had it, but no issues at all to speak of. That is until the small hand on one of the dials (the top left one) just fell off. now it is just floating inside my watch face. I have tried emailing the company several times and have not received any communication from them. Very disappointing.

I wrote a few weeks ago about no customer service. I have to retract that review...my husband just got his watch replaced with a brand new one in the mail. I had written about ten times with no response.. then i got an email that they charged me 7dollars for my purchase and we just rcd. the new watch today. Great deal. I am sorry i wrote such a negative review before.

I bought an Oliver Coen based on the warranty. My watched stopped after about 6 months. Had the Battery replaced. Stopped working again about 6 weeks later. Company website is down. No return of my email. I'm afraid I have been scammed.

After my above post here in Trustpilot, my replacement watch showed up. I did not get any additional notification from Oliver Coen that the replacement had been sent I am changing my review to 3 stars. I still like the watch. Hope I have better luck with this one.

This is THE WORST company. I purchased in December and never received my item. I made a dispute and the said I received it in the mail and now I have no recourse and now I lost my money. Their website is no longer up and running.
UPDATE-on 4/12 I all of a sudden got an email that my watch was on its way. I advised multiple times that I no longer wanted it and only wanted an alternate or credit back. No reply back. Late April I got an email from their customer service stating that I was refunded which I advised I was not. I then received an email for their Dir of Customer Service on 4/29. I was sent an alternate choice of watch as well as an Amazon gift card for all the issues. I pushed stars up for the effort finally given to resolve the issue though it took 5 months to get taken care of. I have been told they have new software for ordering and sevice. They watch itself is nice. Hopefully it will have longevity - 'time' will tell.

I changed my mind on the color of the watch after buying, James from customer service was amazing. He sent me a free return label straight away and sent the new watch via express shipping! Fantastic customer experience and a beautiful watch.

I am so impressed with the customer service I received from Oliver Coen. I reached out to see if I could get a clasp repaired, and because of Covid they aren’t doing repairs. The company offered a new watch to compensate for the broken one. This company went above and beyond to make sure the watch I bought my son for Christmas was what we expected. Again, communication was excellent, and we will be returning customers!

Well, posting negative reviews everywhere worked on getting a response. Blamed the holidays for the delay in responding.

They have promised a fix well beyond satisfactory by expediting a second shipping of the watch and crediting back the cost. I received the watch. It is perfect.

Ordered a watch. Received an empty box! Wrote an e-mail to customer service. No response. Used the contact portal on their website. No response.

Buy watches from this company at your own risk. I have no reason to believe that this company is legitimate.

Love this company ! I had accidently put the wrong address for shipping my husbands watch. They were so prompt to resend me one express ! There customer service through the whole ordeal was amazing. Not to mention the watch I ordered is beautiful. Exactly how i expected !

I sent a Chronograph watch to my brother for his 60th birthday. He absolutely LOVED his gift and said it was beautifully packaged.
Before sending, I had a few questions regarding some details. The response from the company was immediate and clear. I could not be happier with my purchase. In fact, I’m planning to order another watch in the next 1-2 months for my spouse’s upcoming 60th!
I highly recommend this company if you are looking for a quality product as well as great customer service.

My Oliver Coen Watch is absolutely stunning!! I own many watches but this one is by far my new FAVORITE!!

This is a beautiful watch. The reasonable price is a bonus. It’s a good size and light on the wrist. I wear it more often than my other much more expensive watches.

Just received my new Berkeley model. Am I impressed! Beautifully executed. The attention to detail is fantastic. This watch works well for both dress and casual outings. Very comfortable and it keeps perfect time. I highly recommend it.

I purchased two watches, (Berkley, Courtney) and found them to be of nice fit and finish. In short, a jeweler damaged the backs trying to engrave them. I was able to return them to OC and for a modest price, have the watches examined and backs replaced.(Thank you OC). Eventually, after some confusion, my watches were returned and a refund was offered due to some unexpected delays. While this wasn't requested by me, I truly was impressed by the professionalism that OC showed. As much as I enjoy wearing the watch(s), I believe their customer service is exemplary on their part.
