Easy to order, accurate description of my bag which I absolutely love, the colour is gorgeous,it’s roomy, just fabulous

I was looking for a cross body bag that had enough space to carry all my personal bits but that wasn't too bulky and also comfortable on my shoulder - the Doyle bag for me was definitely the answer! Love it! so much that I quickly ordered another and now have 2 (one in pebble and another in navy).

Very very happy with my new bag and the customer service i experienced! I'd had my eye on a bag for a little while......but really wanted a different strap adding to order too.....it came with a different bag but I wanted to pay for that as an extra if poss. Sarah from customer services went above and beyond for me and sorted exactly what I wanted, made a custom order, sent the link for me to buy everything in one place and also added on my 10% for a newbie sign up. Love the bag, well made, perfect size for me (doyle) can fit everything in plus a book! but its been made even better experience by the care shown to me as a customer ❤️ thanks and I KNOW i'll be back!

My first purchase from Ollie & Nic , Easy website to use. The Gigi bag comes in lots of different colours . It’s a good size, holds all the essentials. I’m very happy with my purchase.

Omg I love it the colour is perfect it’s so big too for a smaller bag s two different straps so quick change from a day to nighttime bag loved it so much got another in navy

I purchased Gigi in navy & I'm very pleased. It comes with 2 straps (plain 'leather' & navy stripe canvas) the colour is a lovely dark blue navy rather than a black navy, internal space is very good, and it looks great.

I purchased the Doyle crossbody in tan bag. The quality is excellent and very good value.
The interchangeable straps is a great idea and there is plenty of room for phone/sunglasses. Will be using it on hols soon.
Definitely recommend.

The whole experience was great from picking my bags to the price in the sale the paying and delivery was spot on the quality is great everyone has admired mine it holds plenty and has a strap as well that you can put on which is long enough as I'm quite tall with let's say fuller figure.i did buy 2 other bags as well but they are for my daughters as xmas boxes which I know they will love.

The bags are a great price, good variety of colours. I now have 2 bags and a strap I purchased to change on one of the bags as it was too long for me.
