I have brought the lovely green bag for my daughter for Christmas, I’m sure she will love it! I have 2 bags of my own which I love plus the two different handles! The bag came very quickly in the post !

Always lovely bags and very prompt delivery (except when there was a bit of confusion on the part of the Royal Mail who initially sent it to the wrong delivery centre!!!) however it arrived eventually- and was worth the wait. Thank you

To order my item was very easy and the delivery was very quick.

Ordering was easy, good choice of styles and colours, and the bag arrived quickly. The bag came with two straps, a shoulder one and a cross body one the only problem is the cross body strap is far too long. I’ve had to put a couple of extra holes in it myself but of course the excess strap looks odd.

I have to say very impressed with Ollie and Nic, Sarah reached out to me as I had mentioned that my bag was faulty and the covering was coming away in small patches, Sarah emailed me sent the link to choose a replacement colour as the apple green was no longer available, I chose khaki with a free returns label for the faulty bag delivered within 24 hours, it's a shame more companies are not like this. 😊

Ordered a new woven strap to brighten up a handbag. Easy to order and strap arrived quickly by post. The strap looks even better than I imagined!

Brought Bertie for my travel bag. Absolutely lovely. Perfect size. Perfect amount of compartments. Had a slight issue but contacted customer services and it got sorted immediately.

After buying cross body bags in the past that were too short, I was over the moon to come across the Ollie &Nic brand. I ordered the Gigi in black and it’s perfect. Love the spotty interior and having the option of a plain or patterned strap. Love it!!

Have received the Bertie in black bag.
Lots of room having 3 zip compartments.
Can fit everything in that I need.
Keeping my phone in the smaller back zipper with lipstick and pen.
The zipper on the front keeps my purse.
Middle zipper has my glasses tissues bingo dabbers and a snack as I'm diabetic. There is also another small zipper compartment in this area too.
I also ordered an extra strap but didn't need to as it came with a leather strap and a black strap.
Needless to say I Love my new bag.
The bag arrived 3 days after I ordered it which was great.
